Hotel Sunrise — Hotel in Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation

The worst hotel I have ever encountered in my life. I can't say for other reviews but I'll say about my experience. As soon as I checked in , the gallery/lobby was filled with tobacco smell ( somebody must be smoking inside the room so didn't mind). After opening the door of my room , the first I thing I do is check for washroom. I regret opening the door of the washroom, coz it was smelling so bad and disugusting. The same was notified to the staff (they came after repeated notification after 20mins)to my horror they did nothing but sprayed with perfume ( again I didn't mind may be some guest must have recently checked out). I ordered coffee to my room. But I got tea instead after 30mins . On enquiring the guy he said they dont have coffee so got tea ( it seems if u order chicken biriyani they'll give you crow biriyani instead). At this point of time I lost all my patience and I simply checked out of the hotel and I decided to write this review for all. Never will I studio step into this hotel and I'll urge others to avoid...

Lively atmosphere with nice Indian music playing on a decent sound system. Nice staff and good service. Food was good and freshly prepared. Simply the best. I have eaten in restaurants all over the bbsr and this is easily the best I have tried in 23 years. Every meal in the restaurant or as takeaway is outstanding. I will tell everyone I know about this fantastic place. Keep up the good work during this crazy lockdown period - hope to be back dining in your fantastic restaurant once we are back to normal. Outstanding attitude towards the customer and also excellent food. Service is friendly, welcoming and efficient. Prices are competitive and the food is to die for. The most easily accessible and people friendly Sundaray market complex. Starting from the first floor it has an Awesome fashion saree collection, (Mayuree). And other similar things second floor Utkal life style.A reputed and budget friendly garament mall for men women and children. Excellent collection for bride and groom. For marriage or any other function one can find all material. And other similar things third floor, Hotel sunrise they have nice party place and Room and Restaurant.This hotel is awesome place marriage ceremony.
