So so glad ! Finally, a decent cafe to work/read in Khandagiri area.

Awesome service, nice staff. Awesome ambiance.

BUT, food can be improved.

Suggestion on some food:

Being a new cafe, I am hoping you will consider some suggestions without taking it to heart.

The fried spinach chaat is an excellent addition but you made it taste like just another restuarnt chaat. The taste of fried spinach was great but was lost inside the tangy sauce. Do not add too much sauces like tamarind, curd etc. How about give those wet things on the side so that one can mix it as per their taste ??

About coffee, this is my observation about most cafes in Bhubaneswar not just yours.

Why don't you do some research on making good beverages ?? Just a lil Googling maybe. Or just buy our own home grown Koraput Coffee variety packs, there are excellent instructions on the pack on brewing coffee. Support and voice for local produce.

The name Pathshala signifies it's a cafe suitable to read. People like me who hop on cafes around the city to work/read will need good beverages like tea/coffee. Put some thoughts into it. Live up to your cafe's name. Add tea varieties, Darjeeling, Assam, Earl Gray, Chamomile etc. Make use of Amazon/Flipkart and Google.

About hot chocolate-- this again is an observation about every cafe in BBSR. They just put sweet chocolate syrup in milk.

It is supposed to be made from cocoa powder/melted dark chocolate with sugar/flavors given on the side to add as per one's taste, just like coffee. I suggest reading about chocolates from "Paul and Mike", an award winning Indian chocolate brand- this way, you can support another local brand as well. Chocolate does not mean sweet and caramel, chocolate are made from COCOA which is actually bitter. Sweet/other flavors are added to compensate for the bitterness. INNOVATE on flavors if you may. . . . . .

I would really like to see some original/unique cafes in BBSR which is not the copy of just another typical cafe in Patia area. And you have that potential....

Coming from Hyd to visit a family friend at BBSR, I happened to visit this place.

Fantastic ambience, great food - I have those typical Hyd taste buds :-), but whoa!!! Patshala changed my experience.

Butter Naan - Super soft and served hot!!

Mutton Sheek Kebab - Slurp!!! Super tasty...

Tabaz Mutton - Main course - Didn't except it to be sooooo gooood

Dahi Kebab - Never in my life I had these - It was so damn good.

Like this I can go on and on about this place and food... Other things we had here - Palak Pakoda, Green Kebabs, Veg platter, Fish, Amazing Sweet lassi - dry fruits etc ..

For good food you should always allow the chef his time - I enjoyed like never before.

Definitely worth every penny and...

Superb Food, Perfect Ambience - Nostalgia. A must visit to try the food here. The Quality of food and the service is worth mentioningThe place is new the town and have a huge attraction towards couple and friends .

They serve really good pastry and coffee.

The pudding and cheese cake is must try.

They serve free cookies with coffee which is great and are quite taste .

The ambiance is classic, sober and pretty good for coffee date .

The food ,coffee taste is great and price is bit costly than average.

They accept cash , card and UPI payments.

There service and hospitality is also great.
