The worst ever service i got on 03rd Oct 2018 at 16:00hrs and the product quality is now not up to mark at all. I had been provided a fruit cake with fungus marked apple and orange. when i told to change the fruit slices, the person on duty told me that the staff are going for lunch and he has no idea to change it. Now how could be some one gone for lunch at 4:00PM. Further, Current turned off just before 1 minute of billing and the front desk person shown his inability to generate the bill. Now this is the real patheitic issue that how could be this happened in case of one of the most famous bakery chain franchaise. Due to current failure, i could not got the bill. Of the last 5 times that I have visited this outlet in the last 2-3 weeks, they were unable to provide me with an invoice of my purchase at least 3 times. There is a great variety of breads and most importantly you can avail them fresh.

The desserts are fresh too. The taste is good. They also take orders for cakes and pastries. And it has provision for birthday celebrations and small parties.

The only thing missing is the ambiance. Also it cannot accommodate lots of people.

The staff is very friendly, well-mannered and cooperative.
