First Innings, Multicuisine Restaurant by The Stadel is here with Mahabhoj Special Bengali Lunch & Dinneg Buffet comprising some Traditional Bengali Cuisine reflecting the rich taste and the culture of the city. You'll get this special menu from Friday to Sunday i.e. 26th , 27th & 28th of November 2021. The timings are Lunch : 12:30 pm to 4:00 pm & Dinner : 7 pm onwards

Now coming to the food they are serving in this buffet - Welcome Drink : Aam Panna & Soft Drnks.

Bhaja Bhuji : Potol Bhaja, Bhindi Bhaja, Kakrol Bhaja and Papad. A bengali meal is totally incomplete without these bhaja bhujis. Must try these bhaja bhujis with some gorom luchi.

Grom Soup : Lebu aar Dhonepatat soup & Chicken Manchow Soup.

Starters : Veg Spring Rolls, Badam Diye Vegetable Chop, Crispy Chilli Babycorn, Chicken Cutlet, Tandoori Chicken & Panchphoron Fish Tikka. The vegetable chop was perfectly crisp from outside and the peanuts gave a nice crunch to it. The Panchphoron Fish Tikkas were very tender and the flavours of Panchphoron took it to a whole new level. Dont forget to try their Chicken Tandoori as they were grilled perfectly and tasted great with the mint chutney.

Mains : Lachha Paratha, Luchi, Cholar Dal, Moong Mohini, Chhanar Kalia, Aloo Phulkopir Dalna, Koraisuti Diye Aloor Dom, Bengali Style Fried Rice, Spinach & Garlic Fried Rice, Parar Dokaner Chowmein, Darjeling Gobi Manchurian, Chilli Chicken, Bengali Fried Fidsh, Famous Mutton Biryani and Gondhoraj Murgi. Tried Luchi with Cholar Dal, Chhanar Kalia, Aloo Phulkopir Dalna and Koraisuti Diye Aloor Dom. The chholar dal and Aloo Phulkopir Dalna was simple yet great in taste. I absolutely loved the Chhanar Kalia, it was creamy and full of flavours. Don't forget to try this with some gorom luchi. Koraisuti Diye Aloor Dom also tasted really good. I didn't tried the noodles here but the Spinach & Garlic Fried Rice was totally unique. You can give it a try. The Gondhoraj Murgi was light aromatic and flavourful, this one is also highly recommended. Last but not the least The Mutton Biryani was loaded with succulent pieces of mutton and that mandatory Aloo. This Biryani was mildly spiced and heavily fragrant.

Desserts : Chhanar Jilipi, Gobindobhog Chaler Payes, Caramel Custard, Assorted Mousse, Komolabhog & Ice Cream. A Bengali Meal is totally incomplete with some Payes, I really liked the pleasing aroma and buttery taste of Gobindobhog in this Payes. Next I tried the Chhanar Jilipi and it was totally lip smacking, it's a must try.
