CremeCup — Restaurant in Bidhannagar

Address: Given address on google is not wrong but they don't have a shop there. Its an online store only they don't have a eatery/confectionery on that address.

Delivery: If you want them to deliver to a location which is like 1 hour far they don't take up on that order ( atleast in my case i have to go to near Saltlake area while my home address was on north 24 parganas ). They only take delivery if you choose 6 items atleast in cart(order) of same category( if doughnuts then any 6 types, if u want mini cupcakes any 6 types an so on) as for assorted package, and large cake it might differ.

Food: It was good compared to normal cake shops their cream, food textures were on par.

Preparation: After order confirmation they take approximately 3 hours to reach you. Food preparation with delivery is near about 3 hours.

Tips: Try to get their food warm if possible doughnuts, cup cream cake taste better when they are warm(i recommend if anyone can take food near their location ) some of their decoration is very fragile thus when in box their food might not be same as picture or same at the time preparation, it gets distorted on the way of delivery sometimes. Order from here on special days they give their discount coupons on such occasions like in new year they gave 15% offer.

Suggestions: Would prefer if they can enlarge their delivery region. Provide carry bag along with their delivery package. Improve their 6 atleast item for delivery system. Lastly, a shop on outside would be good. Would like delivery man to know more location( i had hard time explaining the nearest take on food location).

Just Wow !wow !wow! Normally I don’t like cream cakes and very particular about tasting .. because the quality and texture is not that comforting if your really very precise about any icing 🎂 cake 🍰 this is the one stop for you

I have tried a lot of good bakery but I guess after years in Kolkata I had such a lovely cake just (Quality ) with 0 compromise in taste
