KFC — Restaurant in Bidhannagar

I had Rs 750 voucher , Directly I told them please suggest me a meal within 750, According to it I ordered ultimate bucket by Rs 649 ( including GST it was Rs 681 ), the left amount was almost 70 Rupees . After their suggestion I ordered 1 liter Water bottle by Rs 50 and 1 dips , these were totally unnecessary . They should tell me about French fries , they only talked about their crushers, already there was 3 Pepsi in my meal, that's why I denied to take any krushers . I tolally forgot about French fries . Except it everything was good , food quality was good . Also love their hospitality after serving food . Also Slightly disappointed for closing their Baguiati-Raghunathpur Kfc outlet , we the people of Baguiati -Kestopur-Teghoria-Kaikhali prefer that outlet . Best wishes for their newly opened outlet.🥰

Worst food at all I have ordered rice bowl which was totally stale food there is only one patties which was smell bad and the rice was not only stale it have fungus.....It seems that they kept rice till 6-7 days and when we order they keep warm with some spices and serve us..... After complaining a boy come with politely he accept their faults but its not acceptable ....... We went there or any other resturant for eating good food not for eating stale and fungus full food ..I recommend zero star....I was going to complain to Kfc helpline but he requested that it was very dengerous for his job.....so I didn't do that but it's the last time for me to go at that outlet and I recommend that please don't go there ....they serve us stale food it is cause of food...

Updating after like a month. The branch is now a professional KFC branch. Service is as good as expected. Even though the same workers are working but they really improved their skills. Five Star rating at present.

(Old review - As a walk-in customer you will be served wisely. And I don't need to review about KFc at all, everyone knows the quality. But the problem is the employees are not very professional. They keep making mistakes and do their work horribly. I hope all the staff are newly joined and thus they are making mistakes, and also hope these mistakes will not be here for...
