The Ambience of place is good. But I am highly disappointed by the service. I have visited the place for the birthday celebration of a friend. We have waited there for 10 minutes but no staff has came to serve us. Staff members were highly unskilled. When we wished to change the table as the table was placed very internally and we thought to sit near windo glass , they have denied this in very unprofessional manner. They were even not knowing how to acknowledge their customers. In some times they made us feel offended. I wont suggest this restaurant to foodies also because food was not that great. Naan was very rubbery , Manchirian was uncooked and tasteless. Paneer Tawa Masala was okay okay not great. Overall dont go there. You will end up with ruined mood. Ya, price was lesser. We went to Bawarchi restaurant for the first time and it was quite pleasant experience. Staff are polite but they don't look passionate for their work. We ordered soup for starter and chicken lollipop. They came after 15 minutes with soup and then after 15 minutes they came with chicken lollipop. Then we ate that and it was not hot, which ruins it's taste. We ordered main course chicken dehati and chicken handi, these both took almost 20 to 30 minutes to come to our table. I read a lot of reviews on internet and then I decided to order food from this restaurant. I am a picky eater and I would just like to conclude that all good reviews and ratings for this restaurant is truly worth. It truly met the expectation and I will definitely recommend this to everyone.
