My recent experience with Oyo was nothing short of a nightmare. I booked a room through their platform, trusting the information provided, only to be severely disappointed and inconvenienced. The troubles began from the moment I arrived at the property.

Upon arrival, I inquired about the discrepancy between the displayed price and the actual amount I was asked to pay. The staff seemed indifferent and failed to provide a satisfactory explanation. Despite making the payment, there was a delay in checking me in through the Oyo application, adding unnecessary hassle to the process.

The situation worsened when I finally reached the designated room, only to find out it was not as described. Instead of a 2BHK flat, I was presented with a cramped space with a common washroom, despite being promised an AC room. The lack of transparency and misrepresentation of the accommodations left me utterly frustrated.

Attempting to resolve the issue, I contacted Oyo customer service, but they proved equally unhelpful and incapable of addressing my concerns. Despite my dissatisfaction and clear reasons for wanting to cancel my reservation, they refused to provide a refund. Adding insult to injury, the owner of the property displayed appalling behavior, exhibiting arrogance and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

The overall experience was nothing short of a disaster. I strongly advise against booking through Oyo to anyone seeking reliable and honest accommodations. The lack of accountability, mismanagement, and disrespect towards customers make it abundantly clear that this is a company not worth trusting. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Oyo...

Wanted to bring this to everyone's attention who is checking this hotel for booking. There are serious issues in this hotel. My scenario: I booked this on MMT platform and after booking wanted to confirm few things like food services, nearby travel options, etc. To my surprise no response to calls after 6 times. So did a little research and found these below issues. They will not let you check in with online booking by giving stupid reasons (eg no rooms available like they didn't got my booking for the past 2 weeks). If you cancel you fell for their trap now they have rooms but ooh no it's double the price 😂. The rooms are not hotel rooms it's just a 2 bhk flat with shared bathrooms I mean why you don't mention it's shared. The location is a SLUM. Low staff, bad behaviour of staff. Owners don't care if guests are facing any issues. WiFi? Aahaa it's 2G speed Now you must be thinking photos are so good how it's bad then? Bedsheets, pillows, quilts no maintanence and cleanliness. And literally rooms are not cleaned if previous guests have left and new one have to clean it themselves or wait for 3-4 hours for someone to come and clean. And so much more.....

Conclusion: Don't stay here even if it's cheap , photos are good or whatever you find online before visiting. Go for some other hotels even if it costs twice or thrice of it. Any reviews you see which is a 5 star or 4 star please don't...

I stayed in this hotel ( this is actually not a hotel) for 10 days and can better explain my experiences. This is the worst hotel I ever seen in my life. Room service is worst because they don't change bedsheet and quilt cover. you have to manage with dirty quilt. Hotel is inside a very unpleasant lane with poor connectivity. you have to walk all the way to reach main road. They charge different prices from different customers. I have paid 1000 for 1 day During checkout they said breakfast is included but at the time of checkout they said you have to pay for breakfasts. There is no separate washroom. 1 washroom is shared by 2 rooms and rooms were also made in 2 bhk like layout. Poor wifi specially in room 106. Poor ventilation if you open window of your room then some other person will peep to your room from neighbouring house. If you are planning to go there after 11 pm then beaware they are not going to open the door. No washbasin inside washroom. You have to bear noise all the day and night because of ongoing construction and noise from the lane. This will make your stay there unpleasant. This is not hotel actually not even PG. I think owner is confused what to make out of it because he wanted to make banquet hall, pg and hotels at the same time. I have given two star for room lighting and staffs behaviour...
