An Exceptional Dining Experience at The Glassbox - A Must-Visit in Patna!
The Glassbox in Kankarbagh, Patna, truly lives up to its name and delivers an absolutely phenomenal dining experience! From the moment you step in, the ambience is simply breathtaking – very, very good, with an abundance of glass elements, even extending to the elevator front, creating a chic and spacious feel.
It's perfectly suited for organizing small parties like get-togethers or birthdays, and the nice music further enhances the mood.
With both comfortable indoor and outdoor seating, plus a dedicated waiting area, they've thought of everything. The washrooms are also notably clean and spacious.
Even before the food arrives, their beautifully presented menu catches your eye. It's well-organized with clear food categorization and appealing pictures of the dishes, making ordering a delight.
And the food itself? Simply awesome and very tasty! We tried the Alfredo Pasta, Corn Mushroom Tikki, and Classic Korean Fried Chicken, and every single dish was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor.
What truly elevates the experience is the awesome and attentive staff. They were incredibly prompt, appearing almost as soon as our plates were about to be empty to offer the remaining portions – a level of service rarely seen!
Another great perk is their loyalty program, offering points that can be redeemed for discounts on future visits within 60 days. Just a heads-up, they don't accept Swiggy Dineout or Zomato for payments.
The only minor challenge could be parking for four-wheelers, though two-wheeler parking is manageable.
Overall, The Glassbox is a stellar restaurant that excels in every aspect – food, service, and ambiance. It's a definite 5-star recommendation for anyone in Patna looking for a...
Read moreWhen I say I wanted to give a 5-star, I really mean it 😔. I mean common, the potential this place holds, it's such a vibe!!! The detailing job they've done on the ambience, trust me it's rare in Patna. If instaworthy pictures are your prime concern, this is your to-go-place without hesitation. Coming to the food, it's above average. Cheesy Loaded Fries was something very unique. Murgh Patiala and Schezwan Mushroom were better than expected! The prices could be debatable, but that's not something which I keep in mind while reviewing, unless absolutely necessary. Don't forget the ambience you get in return;) And lastly the service, that's where I would really encourage the management to invest more, really really more. It was awful, to say the least :) We get it, it's a weekend and there's rush, but that should not be the excuse to persuade us to not order drinks and give an absurd statement that Drinks will take at least 1 hour to get served on the table. Seriously guys, there's no such thing, this just explains that the staffs are kinda lazy to do their jobs. You're supposed to be hopping table to table serving the customers and not just stand in a corner and eyeball them 🥲. It took us 5 shouts and a total 20mins just to get our orders placed. I hope management accepts this in an encouraging way, i.e., if they see this review Looking forward to visiting again in the...
Read moreI went there for a friend's birthday party. The vibe and calmness this place offers is beyond my words; you will feel immense calmness outside as well as inside the sitting area. The place is not cacophonic but serene. The staff members are so sincere we literally bothered them multiple times for cutting the cake but they served us every time and fulfilled our demands. If I talk about food, we had ordered chicken manchow soup, veg manchow soup, Drums of heaven, Virgin Mint Mojito, Florence pizza and Paneer makhani pizza. Taste Wise, Soups were good, Mojitos were refreshing. Drums of heaven was so delicious. Florence pizza was not so good as per the Indian taste buds just loaded with cheese and exotic herbs; Paneer makhani pizza was tasty with big cubes of paneer. If I talk about quantity, it was okay okay. The price is disappointing, because all aforementioned stuff cost us ₹2559 . They charged ₹52 for 750 ml of water bottle , too expensive! GST , 162, again very high on pocket. As the service and place is good so this might not matter for some people. You can go there with your near ones if you want a relaxed evening and you don't care much...
