This post is for the owner of the cafe and peace loving customers to be aware of the exact ground reality of your cafe Patliputra branch. It's been over 3 years now, (Please have a look for the past transactions that I did with cafe hideout )I have been visiting to this cafe like on an average 5 days every week, sometimes, even more than 5 days not only for one cup of coffee but with my regular order of cold coffee ,mint lemon ice tea , lemon spicy cappuccino,latte and so on those are bare minimum orders from my side on regular basis. I have observed there are lot of issues that have come up in the past but had been amicably resolved, however , from weeks I have been noticing there is a sense of groupism happening in the cafe that is disturbing the whole environment for your other customers specially at the outside sitting area. For an instance, I have specially called to Sagar and informed others two staffs for reservations of a particular table which they did , apparently, some other person sat on it and refused to vacate even after being requested by Sagar, even after manager intervened , other person didn't vacate , now you can realise what kind of atmosphere is building up and the audacity of the customer .If you are not reserving a table ,don't take the reservation,it's quite simple.Dont fool your customers specially the regular one. Other instances are wherein multiple times customers have been very abusive like literally females start abusing each other, as we are working people , we don't appreciate these languages like really vulgar abuses and disturbed my comfort space and whole atmosphere of the cafe. (you can check with the manager ,he knows pretty well as I had already complaint for the same but no action has been taken). It has been brought into notice time to time ,but manager or the management failed to take an action. Sagar and Sunny bhaiya have been cooperative throughout. But still you just lost one regular customer along with 10 of my friends just because of Incapability of taking necessary action against the nuisance created by few customers. They were coming because I felt the atmosphere and vibe is better here , however from recent past , vibe is not at all great. I really can't suggest this cafe to anyone now. Since I have been going to this place nearly daily since I started working in the hospital nearby, I thought it's high time I write this one a review.

First things first, the place is bang for buck. Very pocket friendly, so it's a major pull for young kids. The vibe is quite nice, specially at there outdoor seating. It was nice so see a chilled out cafe ambience in Patna.

The coffee is great for the price you pay and I have been drinking their coffee daily for almost three months now. I absolutely love their loaded pizza and Hideout special shake. Although, one thing that I have noticed over few months is that, they have slowly decreased the quantity of food. I used to order chilli paneer and mushroom a lot since they are delicious there but couldn't help but notice the decline in quantity.

Service depends on the amount of crowd which is there. On normal days, it's quite swift I would say. Special shout out for this guy called 'Mohan' who is the best server out there.

If I have to suggest something, I would really want them to improve the quality of music they play. With respect to the food scene Patna is still nascent but rapidly evolving. If they introduce good music and sometimes called live bands on Saturday or do a Karaoke night, that would make the place a lot more fun.
