I have been to this restaurant 3 times till now and i was fully satisfied with the taste and service. But this was the 4th time i visited the restaurant on the end of chatth pooja day in which god sun is worshipped in morning. I entered the hotel at night around 8:30 or 9. Because the pooja was ended the restaurant was in so rush which is quite normal.
I entered the restaurant and asked how long it will take if i order something. The waiter replied 25 to 30 minutes. I said kk ,becoz i have visited your restaurant earlier and i liked your food hence we will wait for 30 minutes no issue, then waiter said thats what sir, if you want taste and quality you have to wait ,then i felt yes its true and we took our seat.
Now, When the food was served the food quality and taste was very bad, chicken pieces were so tight,curry masala was not nicely cooked,chicken chilli was very bland, nans were bit hard. While eating with my family and guests, we discussed that this time we all got dissapointed may be because of shortage of kitchen staffs and rush due to which the food taste and quality is not as normal today as earlier.
But the most exhausting and temper loosing point was,
When i normally asked the waiter the cook has been changed or what? He replied with full arrogance and attitude "no"
2nd i asked why the taste is not like earlier? Then he started saying again in full attitude and arrogance that no the taste is same,food is good,everything thing is good.i have got no complaints till now from any tables today. I ask u one thing if i dont like something and 10 people like that then am i bound to say that i also like that thing. 2nd if you only will treat yourself as customer and hotel employees also then whats the need of we customers then.
Giving the review about the food is customer duty and right not waiters duty, so that restaurant can eradicate their loopholes and improve further. The customer who have food and its taste ideas never tell or write something bad INTENTIONALLY. Because by blaming the hotel or complaining about food he is not going to win any cash prize or anything profitable to him.
So my final conclusion is that,no one is perfect mistakes happens sometime due to any circumstances, may be rush or anything so its better to politely accept that whats wrong in that. but becoming rigid on your stand only, that also being a c hotel employees only in reviewing the food quality and thinking that i know everything and my hotel is great thats why we can never do mistake is a wrong attitude. Even 5 star hotels taste also change twice or thrice in an year.every hotel is good untill and unless they keep their quality of taste and treat their cystomer in a mannerful way.
So please learn some courtesy to treat customer with politeness not with the attitude.(this all incidence happened with that single guy who use to take order of all table).

Read moreI have ordered the chicken Hyderabadi Biryani through Zomato. There is no doubt that the quantity is always less when ordered online, but I do not want to complain about it.
The real issue is that, in the name of 'Hyderabadi Biryani', they delivered fried rice(almost) and omelet with 2 tiny chicken pieces. I stayed in Hyderabad for 3 years and on almost every Sunday I have eaten Hyderabadi Biryani. Therefore, what they are serving in the name of Hyderabadi Biryani is sheer nonsense.
There is also a lot of spices in plain Hyderabadi Biryani. But 'Ten 11 Grand' did not even have enough amount of salt in its delivery. In the name of the spices I got 2-3 whole black pepper, 1 whole clove and 2 whole cardamom.
While summing up, I would like to suggest that please, either ask your chef to check the appropriate recipe on YouTube or stop fooling your customer in the name of (so-called) Chicken...
