I had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant — both while dining in and ordering online.

When I visited the place, the environment was far from pleasant. The seating area was poorly maintained, with dim lighting, an odd smell, and sticky tables that clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. It didn’t feel hygienic or welcoming.

The service was slow and unprofessional. We waited more than 20 minutes just for someone to take our order, and the staff seemed uninterested and inattentive throughout.

As for the food — it was a complete letdown. The dishes were served cold, lacked flavor, and the presentation was careless. One item even tasted stale, like it had been reheated from leftovers.

I also tried ordering online, hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, it was worse. The delivery was late by almost an hour, the packaging was messy, and part of the order was missing. The food that did arrive was cold and soggy.

The only good thing I can say is that the prices are reasonable, and the menu looks appealing — but that’s about it. Good pricing doesn’t make up for bad food, poor service, and a disappointing environment.

I would not recommend this restaurant unless they seriously improve their quality...

This place is love when it comes to desi food. The most recommended place from my side when it comes to desi food. You will get proper "GHAR KA KHANA" in an affordable price. And OH MY GOD!!!
