Step Up Cafe & bollywood silk — Restaurant in Bihar

This is a review regarding the loungue facility they have right opposite patna jn rly station at 99 per hour recliner and 129 per hour bed. It is a good thing that such a facility is available considering lack of good facilities in the area (railway station is developing... can expect good facility inside station soon I hope.) I took 3 hour totally costing 390. The loungue is a dormitory and has 2 common bathroom-toilets for 10 people in the room(or more people as I saw a couple sharing a bed). Had to wait a lot for toilet. When complained I was given an indian toilet in terrace. Each bed is sufficient for a single small person. Recliner is in a just ok condition. None of the facilities advertised in board are available!!! (tea, tv, water bottle, magazine, newspaper.... did not ask for wifi but no hotspot was visible) and care taker said they are all striked off but with a light pen! Toilet condition is bad considering they make atleast 12 to 15 thousand a day at the bare minimum.... Overall disappointed at the price but something is better than nothing in the area. Can consider if in urgency for a nap or toilet and charging mobile. Also this is the nearest available facility of patna station.. can hear announcements.... Caretaker was...

Sabse pehle toh parking ka koi issue nahi, gaadi aram se laga sakte ho, space plenty hai. Andar jaoge toh ekdum chill vibes, ambience ekdum classy aur comfortable hai. Perfect jagah hai doston ke saath hangout karne ke liye! 💯

Ab khaane ki baat kare toh noodles mast tha, ekdum perfectly cooked, aur baaki jo bhi order kiya, sab tasty aur fresh tha. Presentation bhi ekdum top class. Jo sabse best laga wo tha complementary drink – full surprise mila, aur taste bhi ekdum lajawab! 🥤✨

Service bhi ekdum fast aur staff log friendly hai, bina kisi attitude ke kaam karte hain. Cleanliness ka bhi pura dhyan diya jata hai, toh koi tension nahi. Overall, ekdum premium feel aata hai, lekin price bhi reasonable hai.
