The Biryani Mall

I visited this restaurant on Saturday. The place was not crowed but on every table 1,2 person were sitting so all table on top amd bottom were occupied..during entrance there was one more space which was hot as no ac working well so not good for sitting when we reached no body care to give was seat or attend us .we sit on place were 2 boys finsihed food .I asked them amd sit on opposite side and asked waiter to clean the table he rudely replied first billing then table cleaning after few min of wait we sit in one small cabin type space very less leg space poor ambiance not good for family and I saw only boys or passenger type people the wire hanging etc etc .we somehow sat and ordered hyderabad biryani cost around rs 315 waiter said not Avilable only normal biryani Avilable which is just rice with chicken we again Discussing what to order every 10 sec water asking what to order I said plz wait we will tell you as we are now planning to order gravy again after 15 sec again coming asking what to order insaid plz wait then he rudely replied we can't wait that much when we go to restro we don't only eat we talk spend time .I left the restore immediately and went to other place . My experience for dinning is very bad, in the same price we will get great ambiance great food...

If you dont want to get your mood spoiled must read my review before visiting. I ve visited two branches in patna the first one in Boring canal road and second fraser road .At boring road branch the food taste is awesome ,staffs are well trained and treat you good but the space is very less and also you feel conjusted as the tables are placed very close to each other.At fraser road branch there is no problem of space such like that but in peak hours you ll have to wait from around 15-40 minutes to get table.As per the name ,The biryani and the non veg food is awesome here but veg items are not recommendable specially after the lockdown,,maybe bcoz change of chef. When we talk about staff behaviour the waiters are good but less professional,they are dressed like safaikarmis at railway staions,the behaviour of the managers of floors is pathetic and totally unprofessional and irresponsible, on 29/08/2021 i complained about a housefly in my butter nan and what they done was just offering me another .How they can be so irresponsible. I ve visited several times there since 2018 and celebrated birthday parties there but now i will have to look for...
