Town Hall 29 — Restaurant in Bihar

It was my birthday and like every other person, I wanted to celebrate it with utmost priority and my friend suggested this specific restaurant. Ambience doesn't make a restaurant better. The quality of food was average, the shortage of waiters made it terrible. I'll request everyone to leave the restaurant if you find the priority customers who have booked it like a good court. I hated the fact that they won't take care of other customers if they have pre-booking with so called white caller customers. Don't ruin your birthday party or some auspicious moment with your loved ones. I do understand business but let's not ruin the taste and good moments of your life. The food took 45 minutes and to arrive as the waiters were preoccupied with white-collar guys(just a pun). I should have paid 4680rs to a small restaurant who cares more on making good and healthy customer relationship. I hope this mistake is rectified but for now, I won't recommend this as your choice when there's so called white collar guests ( pun again). I won't count this as one of my loved food...

The experience was not half bad. But there are various reasons for the 3 stars. Firstly the chicken malai tikka was very basic. I couldn't finish it.

The service was extremely slow, it could be improved a lot. They took 20 mins to bring the bill when we were about to leave.

There were flies and mosquitoes in the restaurant. The staff knew and saw us struggling but did nothing about that.

The AC was struggling to cool the restaurant and they had to bring in portable coolers after some time.

I am only complaining about these things because they claim to be a premium restaurant. And we also spent 800+ per person on food alone. So it's quite obvious to have these expectations from such restaurant.

Food availability on a Saturday eve is very limited. Service was pathetic, they were literally taking 20 min for anything with only 3 tables to serve, don't know how long will they take with house full... Paneer kadahi took 25 min to prepare. Order KitKat shake, they provided 1, we asked for another after 25 min waiter came and told us they don't have milk, on asking why it took 25 min to confirm waiter said they forgot to inform. Coming to food, taste was decent for Indian main course and crispy mushrooms, wouldn't recommend Italian, never tasted pizza that bad since 2008. Cheese naan has cheese sprinkled over it, unlike most places where they stuff it. They continued their lazy and carefree attitude till end, where even after asking multiple times to hurry they took their sweet time to print bill.. Never going again atleast...
