The ambiance was incredibly calming and welcoming, providing a peaceful escape from travels. The staff members were exceptionally polite and attentive, which made us feel right at home. Then he responded to me in Hindi I told him I don't understand can you please speak in English, then he said I'm billing for the previous customer so I'll finish and then only I can take your order.

When I complained to the staff, their only response was, “We will see,” with no apology or proper action taken. This careless attitude made the situation even worse.
Finding an insect in a beverage not only spoils the experience but also raises serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety at this outlet. I request the management to take strict action to ensure such negligence does not happen again, as it damages customer trust and brand reputation.
