I booked six rooms in the hotel for 9th Sept, 25. However, Due to some emergency two members changed their program. When I talked to hotel manager Mr. Raj Kumar he very gracefully agreed to cancel booking for one room withouy any charge. The advance paid was adjusted against teriff of remaining 5 rooms.
