9x9 Restaurant — Restaurant in Bolpur

Was good once upon a time. Now the service has become very poor and the food quality has gone down the drain. We visited the restaurant on 26th of May at 8pm and the restaurant authorities were contacted on phone 2 hours before we reached there and they were requested to keep their ONLY two large tables reserved for us as we were many in number. After we reached and waited for around 15 minutes the tables we asked for were empty as the authorities did not take any measures prior to that to keep the tables reserved for us. Then again in front of our eyes another family, who came there for dining, occupied one of the tables as there were no reserved sign put up by the authorities. When the other family was coming in we repeatedly asked the attendent available at the counter to take measures to keep the table for us with no visible results. After the second party settled ar the table ans started ordering, the manager present pesued them to leave the table for us.. as a result the other party was very angry and left the restaurant instantly. Even we felt that the event left us with a bad teste in the mouth and we decided to leave the restaurant after packing all the food we ordered. After reaching our home we found out that the food packed were not up to the mark in quality or amount. Our prior experiences with 9×9 were good once. But for last 1 year or so every time we visited the restaurant there were some problem present regarding the food or...

I am a frequent tourist of Bolpur,shantiniketan and this time my favourite weekend destination has offered something that I have never experienced before in this town .After a hectic roam around the city we were eagerly looking for a place to have some evening snacks in a restaurant which can offer cool and calm ambience as well as good food. When we ask our driver about our requirements, he suggested about this place and hence we came down to this place. Let me highlight some of the great thing about the place.

Well decorated ambience and a feeling of calmness is looming all over the place . A slow background score from Tagore was just the icing of the cake.

Behaviour of the manager,owner and service guys are pretty awesome and you will immediately feel yourself at home.

Quality and the variation of the food is pretty astonishing for me as I never expected to have good quality Italian,Chinese and South Indian food in Bolpur ,but this place has it all.

Home delivery available all over the town.

Now after having a stomach full of pizzas and sandwiches,being impressed i packed some chinese for dinner as well which was good too. MUST TRY IF YOU...
