C4 Restaurant — Restaurant in Bolpur

Food quality of c4 is too good .. but staff behavior is getting worse day by day.. we literally faced embarrassing moments.. we ordered 6 items while dining in.. meanwhile one of the staff told us why are you ordering too much can you really finish tham all. We answered him .. if we can't we will parcel that for home.. fine .. after finishing our starters we ask them to brought our 2 nd order .. one of them literally started to say that.. if they need the next item they should inform us .. I mean what type of behavior is that.. we ordered everything in one time .. and didn't even gave any instructions to them for not preparing the next order until we say.. Thirdly after giving the order none of them even asked us to serve where as they were serving to each and every table .. there manner was way too disrespectful.. today's behavior was Enough for not going that place .. But it's not enough.. we ordered food for our home..so they parcel it.. At home we checked that there is less in quantity..I mean how careless those staffs are.. they are taking the whole money..and we didn't recieve whole items.. We have gone to c4 literally over 20 times.but this is the first time we faced such situations.. they should be ashamed of there behavior to customer.. too much disappointed with c4...

And over that we just finished our lunch like for1 min ,they did not even ask for the bill but they gave us the bill not even the plates were taken we didn't even wash our hands what do they think will we go without paying the bill every time we went to C4 my bill amount is never below a thousand today also I made a good bill after paying you service charges paying for the food and this type of service and behaviour we r getting in return ..at burdwan C2 resturant staffs are more good and adequate then this resturant I am a very old customer of canteen but never got this much disappointment and...

The quality of food is highly bad. Let's say from our previous experience, me and my friends went in for biryani and I myself found a dead housefly in the food, at that time I didn't say anything but this time we got butter chicken and kadhai chicken, porerdin sokale chorom shorir kharap, khub ombol o gas, pithe-buke betha, I really vomitted a couple of times or even more! so I highly recommend you all je don't go and don't believe on the good reviews, the food (chicken pieces and gravy) wasn't fresh at all, maybe they just added or replaced the gravy from other chicken item and heated it up. Gravy was also too salty. Ambience and staff behaviour was alright but food is the main thing that matters. The chicken pieces quality, kitchen hygiene, the amount of salt in food and the cooking is highly questionable!! I'm never going in again, so should you all too, don't go stay healthy and don't fall for the good reviews, I'm a real foodie and I'm really honest about...

Recently I went there to have dinner. Firstly, the ambiance and the hospitality of the staffs is very good. . I ordered Chicken Handi and Tandoori Roti. . As I asked to make the Handi Chicken less oily and they maintained that. Coming to the taste now, this dish is taste bit sweet which is not at all accepted in case of Handi recipe. The chicken pieces were slightly coated and deep fried and then they used it to their basic gravy. There was an egg also 😀. It was rich in flavours. Apart from the sweetness, I liked overall taste of it and it's combined well with Tandoori Roti which was very good. . Overall it is good and budget friendly restaurant. .
