Hi Sir, I am writing a complain about the wrong behaviour of manager and servant that was rendered to me at your branded Annapoorna gandhipuram branch. Myself and family are great customers of Annapoorna past 25 year's , but today i am writing this concern with disappointment. Today morning 06:45AM (29.09.2023) I went gandhipuram Annapoorna to eat breakfast and I have ordered idly and I ate, after that servant (jagatheesh) asked me " do you want anything further" , I replied " i dont want anything to eat further" then he laughed at me very sarcastic and moved away. After this I called another servant and asked him why Jagatheesh laughed at me and went, and i asked jagatheesh to come here again to make justice nothing works then i asked to call a manager and Manager came and talked with me like he don't know anything happened Manager Sasikumar told me whats the problem here and i explained everything and asked him to give footages , but he ignored everything and he was very careless and said you can complaint to owner , Manager sasikumar supported the misbehaviour activity of servant Jagatheesh and Manager did not shown Servant at that time , Servant Jagathesh went somewhere in hotel so i am very much irritated and disappointed with the poor behaviour of sasikumar and jajathesh from annapoorna gandhipuram branch, people like these damaging annapoorna brand coimbatore and makes your authority cheaper to feel among people customers coming to eat in peaceful manner and dont want to face these kind of incidents which i faced today I was greatly disappointed at the bad serivice at your Annapoorna Gandhipuram branch(near mahaveers silk).
