I recently had the pleasure of dining at Annapoorna Hotel, and I must say it was a delightful experience. Located in a cozy corner of the city, this unassuming restaurant packs a punch when it comes to flavor and authenticity.
First and foremost, the service was impeccable. The staff was attentive and welcoming, making us feel right at home. They were happy to explain the menu and offer recommendations, which was greatly appreciated as some of the dishes were new to us.
Now, let's talk about the food! The menu at Annapoorna is a culinary journey through the heart of Indian cuisine. We decided to sample a variety of dishes, and each one was a flavor explosion. The biryani was fragrant and cooked to perfection, with tender pieces of chicken that melted in your mouth. The dosas were crispy and served with an array of chutneys that added a whole new dimension to the experience.
What truly stood out was the vegetarian section of the menu. The paneer tikka and vegetable curry were divine. The spices used were perfectly balanced, allowing the natural flavors of the ingredients to shine through. It was a treat for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike.
The ambiance of the restaurant is comfortable and unpretentious, making it suitable for both casual family dinners and more formal gatherings. It's not the place for a fancy date night, but if you're seeking authentic Indian cuisine in a relaxed setting, Annapoorna fits the bill.
The only reason I'm not giving this restaurant a full five stars is the portion sizes, which I found to be a bit on the smaller side. While this can be seen as a positive for those looking to sample a variety of dishes, it might leave some diners wanting more.
In conclusion, Annapoorna Hotel is a hidden gem for lovers of Indian cuisine. The flavors are authentic, the service is top-notch, and the prices are reasonable. If you're in the mood for a satisfying Indian meal in a friendly and unpretentious atmosphere, make sure to pay a visit to Annapoorna Hotel. Your taste buds...
Read moreI recently dined at Sri Annapoorna restaurant, a vegetarian restaurant, and overall, I had a positive experience. Here is my review:
The first thing that impressed me about Sri Annapoorna restaurant was the excellent customer service. The staff members were welcoming, attentive, and ready to assist with any requests or questions. They were knowledgeable about the menu items and provided helpful recommendations. It was evident that the restaurant prioritizes customer satisfaction, and the service certainly contributed to a pleasant dining experience.
Moving on to the food, Sri Annapoorna offers a wide variety of vegetarian dishes, and I found the quality to be quite good. The flavors were rich and authentic, and the ingredients seemed fresh. The restaurant caters to various dietary preferences, including vegan options, which is a definite plus for those with specific dietary needs.
The ambiance of the restaurant was comfortable and inviting. The seating arrangements were spacious, allowing for a relaxed dining experience. The cleanliness and hygiene of the establishment were also noteworthy, reflecting their commitment to maintaining a pleasant environment for their patrons.
While my overall experience was positive, there were a few areas where I felt Sri Annapoorna could improve. Firstly, the wait time for the food was a bit longer than expected, especially during peak hours. However, considering the quality of the dishes, it was somewhat understandable. Secondly, the menu could benefit from more variety, as some additional options would enhance the dining experience and cater to a wider range of tastes.
Despite these minor areas for improvement, Sri Annapoorna restaurant offers a great vegetarian dining experience with good customer service. I would recommend it to fellow vegetarians and anyone looking to explore...
Read moreWaited almost 20 mins on my chair just to order the food...received food after another 15 min..we went there as a family with one yr old baby...once they served the food we ordered at first after that none of the server attended our table after that..waited another 15 mins then we complained to the guy in cash counter..even after our complain no one attended our table
Really frustated to the core...First time we felt bad for choosing this branch of annapoorna..
Annapoorna at lakshmi complex has high quality service nd their hospitality is damn good..but in this branch,it was a worst case scenario
Even they took long time to bring the bill..we r so frustated, even some familes near our table left out the restaurant after ordering...noticed almost 5 families not satisfied their service nd left out the restaurant
Their staffs shows too much of attitude nd they dont know an inch abt customer support
We mentioned our address on the bill's back side nd told the cashier to come to our home to collect the bill amt,its becoz of frustation they caused while serving...almost we lost one hr there due to their poor service
After we left out the restaurant..Manager confronted us,he didnt say any sorry for their poor service but he shown too much of attitude
He said " hotel naah 1000 per varuvanga, complaint pannuna nanga enna kai eduthu kumpadunuma, nee yaar kitta venalum complaint paniko enaku kavalai illa"
Inorder to teach a lesson..we paid the amt after 4 hrs
Annapoorna management should teach their staffs of handling customers in respected manner
Never had this much bad experience in KMCH branch, lakshmi complex or ganapathi branch
For this branch i would give (-8/10)
I enclosed the pic of the manager who shown too...
