Thanukkodi Aditya Auto Stores — Local services in Central Zone

Recently bought mytvs android player with tpms.(20k). The processor is dead slow, the touch screen is too bad. The music player is the worst part here. Kindly do not buy mytvs android players. The product is very outdated. And coming to the last, tyre pressure monitor system is also not accurate. They should have atleast mentioned the accuracy level in the kit which is missing!

After so much of dissatisfactions in the product, i have informed the sales team in thanukodi about the product which they sold. But, once the payment is done, they were least bothered about the issues which customer faces. Heartless people. They don't know about the value of money which customer spends.[SALESMAN- KAMARAJ]. These people are not well educated about the product which they sell. They gave a customer care number for mytvs. But its of no use, since the product itself is substandard & outdated!

They shouldn't sell these kind of inferior products in the renowned store which will break the trust and cause dishonour to the store!

Dhanam Automobiles is extremely good when compared to this.The sales person in the store, priorly informs the customer that this product will be a bit slow when compared to other brands. We expect these kind of genuinity in selling which isn't there in thanukodi store.

BEWARE OF mytvs brands and salesmen...

Not customer friendly. Customers are moved here and there in the name of covid restrictions. Parking available at ground floor. No quick response for products not available. Even for 3 hours of waiting, could not confirm if product can be ordered by paying upfront. Customer service people very hesitant to show peaces that are on showcase. People wont help if you dont mention car model like when in a case you just need AC air filter for mod, they would not show it . Switching between multiple customer and making everyone wait, so someone would leave without buying is the trick they follow. Rexin and seat fabrication and alterations done in the ground floor. Few Items are not branded, but the charge more than branded items. Checked car antenna and they don't have a match for my vehicle model and they wont show other models...

I recently visited Thanukkodi Aditya Auto Stores in Coimbatore, coming all the way from Kannur, Kerala, based on a friend's recommendation. While the store offers a good range of auto parts and some of the staff were quite helpful, my experience wasn't entirely satisfying.

Unfortunately, I felt discriminated against as a Malayalee. I noticed that Tamil-speaking customers were given better prices compared to what I was offered, even after I pointed this out. The way one staff member treated me was quite disheartening and insulting, which made me reluctant to share my experience with others back home.

I hope the store management addresses this and ensures equal treatment for all customers, regardless of language or region. There's potential for a better customer experience here, and I trust they can improve...
