Shree Anandhaas- Gandhipuram — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I visited Anandhas Ghandhipuram for dinner and unfortunately had an unsatisfactory experience. Upon placing my order, there was a considerable wait, only to be informed later that the food I requested was unavailable. The lack of communication regarding availability was disappointing. Moreover, the staff seemed indifferent to my concerns when I decided to leave.

The wait time and the subsequent unavailability of the ordered food made the experience quite frustrating. The staff's apparent lack of concern about customer satisfaction was disheartening as well.

Unexpectedly Very rude behaviour from serving person Raja and the co serving person, same has informed to the billing counter person who is in first floor even he too saying that the worker behave with him also samekind, so he asking me to bear these kind of unethical behaviour from serving staff..Manager Varun/Venu is good but the management team should advice their staff to behave properly with the customer..

Anandhas is a well reputed restaurant taste wise very good in coimbatore but the servicing staff attitude is not at all good sure definitely one day they are going to get trouble in consumer court..

Price was really high when comparing to other hotels located in and around cross cut road or 100 feet road. 💰💸❌❌

Went there for brand name ANANDHAS 😒😒

Unexpected hygiene and services provided by them which is not even happen at road side small hotels.

All dishes served in old plate 🍽️🍛 without even banana leaves ,வாழை இலை. Plates are not even washed in water before serving with dish.

How come they are doing this much lethigocal?😤

While eating dosa, it was sticked on to plate.

Didn't went to other branches, I don't know whether all branches or same or only this cross cut road corner branch is like this service 😑😑
