This review is not only for food!! I wish I could give ZERO star with these comments to "Books N Brew".
A day ago I've checked BNB on zomato to order a Garlic bread. Unfortunately, they don't receive online orders there. So i call Restaurant directly to make an order. Maybe that was the Owner's number with I talked about, He patiently listening to me and ask me about the method I want the order I said "Take away" and he is okay with that. About time he asked me to wait for 15-20 Minutes as it takes time to prepare. I agree with him and reached to the restaurant about 10 minutes after the call. On the reception, a young boy again asked me for the order to repeat and said to me I will arrange your order and it will take 20 minutes more. When I asked about the order I have placed on the Phone call with my name he denied with the reason that there are so many orders so he can't help me with that order. I said it's okay please place a new order. The guy placed a new order and ask me for 135 INR only. I offer my credit card to him than after a little think he said please pay later. I said ok and he asked me to wait and offer me to get a chair.
I started waiting for my order, After asking two times in 25 minutes he keeps saying it's just about to ready. then I move to reception table and ask him to charge me for the bill so that we can save at least 2-3 minutes, Again after thinking the Guy told me that we can't accept Credit cards only Cash payments. I said there is POS/Card machine you have but he said it's not working. I ask him for Paytm or any other online medium, Just at the same time, i was targeted his Paytm Wallet plate on his table? But again he denied accepting on it. I forcefully said that I have to give a try once. but his UPI plate is asking for something Unusual that he not know about and keep asking me that sir I told your online payments are not working please pay via cash. At this moment when I waste my at least Half an hour, there is no clue of my food ready on the table. Reception guy asking me for a move to the ATM and withdraw money, I request him that this is a Credit card you can see so it's not possible to withdraw cash (From any random ATM machine) from this card so please ask any of your co-workers if they have Paytm or any other wallet app. But not sure why he is very confused.
After half more hour I got the same bank ATM and able to get money to withdraw. I again call on the same number to ready my order, and the person on the phone said it will be ready when you reach there. I asked him what are you the owner of BNB he said yes. I told him that I will place a call to discuss this thing later on after finish with my meal.
In conclusion : Not sure why they guys not using Online transfers due to some Audit/Taxation or Financial excuse. They want to Harras customers who move to there Restaurant after seeing the Reviews on many social media networks. Or don't they have any idea of running the business nowadays.
Really want to hear...

I've been here a few times and always managed to secure one of those bunk beds. Now, onto the food and drinks. They've got this cool thing where you can scan the menu at your seat and order from your phone, though I'm more of a talk-to-the-staff kind of person. The food we tried are fine—sandwiches,Maggi, honey chili cauliflower(which was a hit!), and refreshing drinks like lemonade and virgin mojitos. The food's decent, not mind-blowing, but it hits the spot, especially when you're hanging out in such a cozy spot. Now, I won't lie, the prices are a bit on the higher side, but the service is quick, and the staff are super friendly and attentive. You can easily spend hours here, either catching up with friends or just chilling with your laptop. And guess what? They've got strong Wi-Fi, so you can even get some work done if you need to. Overall, if you're into unique seating and a relaxed atmosphere, give this place a shot. It's a great spot to chill, chat, or get some work done without any...
