The service was absolutely horrendous The food came at least 45 minutes late The main course was served in two parts. The second part came at least 10 minutes after the other The fries with the fish and chips were cold. When we asked them to replace the chips, they just refried the already cooked but cold chips and gave them to us They served the ketchup after half the fries were over The bread with their Parmesan chicken looked burned and battered The Parmesan chicken was stiff and so so in taste They did not serve bread with the second main course, till we asked They did not give a serving spoon with the second main course The second main course tasted very good

For the money they charge, they should not be providing such choppy service where they serve you refried cold chips. Absolutely not worth a...

Truly a mesmerizing experience. The coffee is the best I have ever had. The pizzas are exquisite with original cheese and full flavours that too on a thin base. Pasta is undoubtedly authentic with taste and quality in abundance. What hampers the experience a little bit is the quantity of pasta and veggies in the pasta which was way too less in my opinion. The service is much slower than other brands but because they make things fresh it can be considered alright. Pizza and coffee on the other hand make up for the quantity as pizzas are large and coffee is too much which is an added benefit. 🥇🥇🤞Well definitely i have tried lasagna forst time in my life and it taste really amazing although the ambiance is very peaceful and classy but they nailed it with lasagna and i ordered oreo waffle so it taste was also good and presented well, but i didn't like veg cheese fries at all . . .
