Buzzczar — Restaurant in Chandigarh

Their new GM Mr. Rajesh Kalra should be reminded that he is working in a hospitality sector and not real estate. Bet he hasn’t been to a Hotel Mgnt school. I have worked in the same sector and was appalled to see him misbehaving with me and my family on a small issue which we raised during our visit today in their restaurant for dinner. He just shouted on us and walked off on us at the end when he felt he is not winning the argument. On some issue with paying with Zomato Pro(which I purchased for Rs.1800) he insisted on not paying with the same cz they need to pay commission on the same. Upon keeping my logical point on the same in front of Mr. Rajesh Kalra, he argued like some down market crook who doesn’t fear his job and has lost all lessons of ‘customer handling’ and ‘customer grievance handling’ , if ever he hs been to a HM school. Not as lit in the night as shown in the pictures. The lighting is a bit dim during dinner but hardly a reason to skip this one. The staff was quick to accommodate us by joining the tables and service was quick. The menu is a nice change from the usuals.
