Lord Petrick Coffee & Burger- Sec-34, Chandigarh — Restaurant in Chandigarh

I was exploring for good burger in Chandigarh. I visited sector 8 outlet which was already closed and they have not updated regarding the closure of outlet so my experience got bad. Still i visited sector 34 outlet thinking that the google reviews are good so might be a good place to visit. But I am really disappointed. I ordered 3 burgers and out of 3 only 1 was good, 1 was OK and 1 was very bad (bhuna Mediterranean). I ordered 2 drinks apple mint iced tea and spicy guava, AM ice tea was very bad and spicy guava was OK OK. I asked them for salt to be added and they said it's unavailable. As a customer only the name seems to be fancy and premium but I didn't get any premium feeling over here. The only good thing was prices were not high they were ok. If you're planning to order anything from them through any online platform such as swiggy or zomato, dont even give it a thought. Its an utter waste of your time and money. They not only delay your orders but dont even give you refund. Their customer service is very poor and staff too rude to even talk to. It took me more than an hour to wait for my order to arrive and i end up getting a call saying they cancelled it. I waited for my refund which didnt reflect in my account for weeks.
