I’m a New Zealander and Australian Citizen. Been there last night just for couple of hours as my friends invited me to join Saturday night party. It was my first time ever in this club. I been to many clubs in my life. Most expensive clubs to the cheapest one to experience environment. Atmosphere was ok. It was feeling like you are in western countries pubs or bar. The thing is annoyed me the prices of there drinks. I ordered laphroaig 10 whisky single Shot peg. Guy ask me to 1200rs . Even tho this price is much higher than any high end clubs I ever been . When guy charged me on eftpos machine he charged me 1700rs for a single peg. These guys are just ripping off all their customers. Beer price given for Singha was 320rs and they start to charge 610rs. This is totally unacceptable. Even the taste of laphroaig 10 wasn’t exactly same it should be. It taste was like some sort of chemical mixed in Whiskey. I drink this whiskey every weekend back home as it’s my regular drink but last night I drink something horrible thing. It took me way longer time to consume it. I thinks health l and safety and food department need to check their drinks. I can’t take risk for my liver and kidneys failure at all. Thats the reason so many People in India suffering from these kind of health issues because of chemicals being mixed in drinks and in bottles. I visited them last week with my friend and I am a doctor by profession. It is in nice neighbourhood and crowd is elite, however my experience with them was horrible. Waiters at the bar will not listen to you, they create a vibe that they are busy even when there are less people around. And the price of their drinks is sky rocketing as if they are mixing gold in their drinks. Two shots of vodka and a cocktail costed us 4900, and on card they charged us 5500. We took another cocktail which costed us 2600 with very little quantity. But the thing that was suspicious was that, when we got little drunk, my friend ordered two shots of vodka and they charged us 4400, when I asked why they charged us the same the waiter said it is a premium quality vodka. When we reached home my friend got sick and she vomited enormously the whole night. Not only this when I checked my account details the next day, I found out that they charged me twice with 4400, so they charged me 8800 for two shots of vodka. I had to call them multiple times to refund the money and it took two weeks to actually get the money back. I am suspicious that they mix something in the drinks to make them strong and rip off large amounts of money off their customers when they are drunk. Absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant we had been meaning to try out. The food was average at best as compared to other fine dine Asian restaurants.

Korean chicken popcorn were okay (but very low quantity). Kung Pao chicken was not great. Green Thai curry was below average.

But the worst part was the staff and service.

While there were many tables empty, we were seated on a huge round table where we (4 of us) couldn’t even talk to each other. We requested a table change but the waiter just declined without even confirming. No rationale.

Another waiter (Ajay) took our order and didn’t place one item (Pad Thai). When we asked, he got aggressive and went into complete denial and started arguing. And they shut the kitchen so we had no choice left.

Oh, the service was quite slow too. We ordered appetiser and sushi together. However, the Sushi came after the main course (they completely forgot that too). Any fine dine restaurant staff goes out of their way to improve experience. However, the staff here were least bothered. Clearly inexperienced and untrained staff for a restaurant that’s trying to position itself as a fine dine.
