I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at Hot Millions 1 in Chandigarh, and I feel compelled to share my overwhelmingly negative experience. My visit, intended for a quick bite with high expectations, turned out to be nothing short of a culinary disaster.

First and foremost, the taste of the burger and hotdog combo I ordered was utterly terrible. The flavors were not only unappealing but left me questioning the quality of the ingredients used. It's disheartening to pay a premium price only to be met with such a dismal level of taste.

What adds insult to injury is the glaring cost-value discrepancy. The amount charged for the meal was exorbitant in comparison to the appalling quality of the food. I found myself wondering if I had inadvertently stepped into a low-budget eatery rather than a supposedly reputable branded establishment.

To make matters worse, I couldn't help but notice a significant degradation in the overall quality of the food when i used to visit in early Nintees. Consistency is key in the restaurant industry, and the noticeable decline in quality raises serious concerns about the standards maintained by Hot Millions 1.

The lackluster presentation of the food further added to my disappointment. Aesthetically unappealing and devoid of any effort, the presentation failed to meet even the most basic expectations. It's baffling how a renowned establishment could fall so short in an aspect as fundamental as the visual appeal of their dishes.

What struck me most was the realization that one could easily procure better-quality fare at a fraction of the price from unbranded food joints. The value proposition at Hot Millions 1 is not only questionable but egregiously misleading, leaving patrons like myself with a sense of betrayal.

In summary, my overall experience at Hot Millions 1 was nothing short of a culinary nightmare. The taste, cost-value ratio, quality maintenance, and presentation collectively contributed to an unsatisfactory dining experience. As a customer, I expected far more from a branded establishment, and my disappointment is not easily reconciled. Excellent experience that I must share with all ..I ordered from Zomato there were 3 items and when I receive it was just one item ..I asked the guy and he insisted that everything is in that one box..I was wondering how can they pack all of that in one ..and unsurprisingly I find that 2 things are missing..now after half and hour I get a ring on my bell and it's not Zomato but a representative of the restaurant apologizing for the mix up and very politely connects me to his manager who is even more polite and courteous and explained the mix up.. apologized again and sent a free replacement of the original order to me ..I guess it was Mr Mishra who was the fine gentleman I spoke to ..Kudos to Hot millions..I remember their advertisement from my childhood days hot millions..the hot choice of millions..well it was an apt punch line .. Although I am an old client of this Salad Bar since it's inception. Enjoyed food especially the Salads, but after it's peak the joint had a lacklustre approach & deteriorated quality of the stuff served. Our frequency dropped considerably to visit the joint. There had been a period when people had to wait for getting a table, now you could hardly see a couple of tables occupied. My last visit in Ist week of Dec 2019 made me feel bad seeing the low footfall but I enjoyed the Salads, Food snd Drinks. Staff attended courteously, quality of Live Music needs improvement.
