OYO Hotel City Heart 18 — Hotel in Chandigarh

Worst expedience of lifetime, after driving for 8 hours reached Chandigarh at 1:30am was fukin tired just wanna sleep checked in at this hotel in sector17 and a bad dream has started .|The lift is under construction so you have to use stairs till 4th floor after your baggage arrived you see cockroaches in the bathroom then for God sake after arguing for half n hour they agreed in giving us a shabby room in first floor, and more to add in a party the AC was working like you can hear the sound but cannot feel the air, the staff said it can only be taken care in the morning,|Morning what a morning, I can never forget,, I complained about the ac , they checked it and founded that it is all covered with thick ice, on asking whether you do check rooms before giving it to guest, they replied sometime these things happen, friends there was a thick ice and the ac was jam packed as if they have not bothered to check the room for weeks.|The breakfast was awful , they have nothing to eat instead of poha with pebbles inside it, and bad bad tea.|They oblige me by giving 500 bucks discount on my Bill|Never go to this hotel, you 'll be having a bad day and the dream of that bad day will haunt you down and spoil your trip, went for relaxation and Instead of that got...

please guys do,not check in in this hotel i booked it from oyo at 932/- for 2 guest when i reached at hotel to check in they said we cannot accept this booking i asked why he said we have stopped doing work with oyo and he charged 1500/- from me and they gave me room without breakfast and about service ( smelly rooms ,all the thing were dirty one more thing in bedsheet i saw some bedbugs then i went and request them to change my room they said we don,t have any other room available as of now such a poor service its showing over google 3.5 rating it is fake rating hotel is...
