Dear Nik Baker’s Team,

I am writing to share my disappointing experience at your Sector 22 outlet. This was my second visit, and unfortunately, it did not meet the expectations set by your Sector 35 outlet.

Today, we ordered a sandwich, cold coffee, and two hot coffees. We specifically requested that the hot coffee be served after we finished our food. In the meantime, one of us decided to change their hot coffee order to a cold coffee. Since the hot coffee had not yet been prepared, we requested a simple change and were willing to pay the price difference. However, your team was reluctant and insisted that it was not possible within your system. Despite multiple requests, we were forced to place a completely new order and pay for both, even though we did not receive one of the hot coffees.

I understand that businesses have systems and protocols, but these should be designed to enhance customer experience, not create rigid obstacles. It felt as though the staff was doing us a favor rather than accommodating a reasonable request.

This is not about the cost of one cup of coffee…its about the customer experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that future interactions at Nik Bakers are more...

I love the sourdough bread veg sandwich, better than the chicken one. The sourdough bread is aso good. One one suggestion is they give such huge portion of potato wedges with the sandwich which is too much of wedges. Will love if they add a good salad and do half portion of wedges, as an option. At times i dont eat the sandwich thinking about the portion size of wedges. Another thing was recently i went to sector 7 outlet and my daughter did not want just cheese sandwiches so she asked if they can make a cheese and mushroom as she didn't want veggies...and ended up with 1-2 pieces of mushroom and all veggies filled. I spoke so high and she didn't like it et all. They have some nice stuff. I did not like the cheesecake. Its a nice place to hangout and snack with friends or with a book. But do consider giving options as sides with...
