If you're looking for an unforgettable culinary experience in Raipur, look no further than Moti Mahal - Bikaner Mishthan Bhandar! This gem of a restaurant has truly won my heart with its delectable array of dishes, and I can't wait to share my delightful experience with you, especially when it comes to their special Jalebi, Chhole Bhature, and Pav Bhaji!
Let's start with the star of the show - the Special Jalebi. Oh, my taste buds were dancing with joy the moment I took my first bite! These Jalebis were unlike any I've ever tasted before. Crispy on the outside, yet irresistibly soft and syrup-soaked on the inside, they were the perfect balance of sweetness and flavor. I could tell that they were made with the utmost care and expertise, as each swirl of Jalebi was a work of art. Trust me; you won't find Jalebis this divine anywhere else in Raipur!
Next up, the Chhole Bhature, and boy, did they live up to the hype! The Bhature were fluffy and had just the right amount of crispness on the edges. Paired with the flavorful and spicy Chhole, it was a match made in heaven. The Chhole had a perfect blend of spices, and every mouthful was a burst of delightful flavors. I must say that this dish was both comforting and incredibly satisfying, making it an absolute must-try at Moti Mahal.
And let's not forget the Pav Bhaji, a true Indian classic that was elevated to new heights at this restaurant. The Bhaji was rich, buttery, and loaded with fresh vegetables, perfectly complemented by the soft and buttery Pav buns. The combination was so delightful that I couldn't resist ordering a second round! If you're a fan of Pav Bhaji, I promise you won't be disappointed here.
Apart from the outstanding dishes, the service at Moti Mahal was impeccable. The staff was warm, attentive, and eager to ensure that every customer had a memorable dining experience. The ambiance was welcoming and had a lovely traditional touch that added to the overall charm of the place.
To sum it up, Moti Mahal - Bikaner Mishthan Bhandar is a culinary paradise that celebrates the essence of Indian cuisine. If you're in Raipur, make sure to visit this culinary gem and indulge in their mouthwatering Special Jalebi, Chhole Bhature, and Pav Bhaji – each bite will leave you craving for more! Read moreThe 1st most thing you will love about this place is the ambience. Lighting is warm and bright. Sitting space is ample. For big group near entrance and at the end of the hall for small groups.
Place is very clean and well maintained. Interior work is beautiful and simple. The menu has enough options here but I will not say everything is worth trying. Personally I tried Chinese combo and Minty Burger here.... Burger was amazing and very filling. On the other hand, Chinese combo was disappointing. Quantity was less and even taste wasn't that good. So -1 star there. Noodles were bland... Fried rice was okay, paneer dish was not great... Only the Manchurian in the combo was one good thing.
Keeping that aside, hygiene is good, staff is good, quality is somewhat maintained. I'm pretty sure that they can serve Indian dish better than Chinese ones.
Do recommended for good ambiance, burger and other good dishes. Just...
Read moreWorst chhole bhature i ever had. I cant imagine that chole bhature can be worst. But motimehal raipur made it happen. Bhature was like poori. Very thin like papad not soft. Chhole also taste less.
Regarding their jalebi it is also worst. Rated in minus stars. Chaasni sticking above it only and become white. Consistency is not enough to get into jalebi. Also very thin jalebi. Thickness not upto the mark..it should be enough to absorb chaasni inside it. Material is not good.
Samosa and halwa they are giving oven warmed and not freshly made. I think the sale is less that is why they r selling things which are not fresh. For the same reason it is not crowded and always empty.
This is the real review after tasting...
