Food is very costly as if You are in a 4 star restaurant.
Quality, taste & service not even like a 3 star restaurant. Owner is a Old Muslim Dadaji.
But due to its location being on main road corner near busy bus depot, they get many customers eho are basically tourists & only 1 timers & wont come again. For parcel, they charge 5Rs for each plastic container seperately. Tandoori Rotis are made up of 100% maida. Veg fixed thali is not worth 230+Tax. U get a roti like thin uttapam for 120Rs. They didn't give Malai Kofta saying they dont have milk as milk shop hasn't opened being Muharam. They refused to give south Indian dishes (Dhosa) saying "Abhi Tawa bandh kar diya" at 12:30pm. Me: Chalu kab karte ho. Waiter: Jab customer aaye. Me: To me kya Owner banke aaya hu?" ;-)

We expect a basic level of service and friendliness from the staff when we walk into a restaurant. If you can't manage that you won't have our...
Read moreAfter a racy Sunday of beach views in Daman, we were quite tired and craving a good vegetarian meal. We chose M Kutty’s Veg Restaurant, and it turned out to be a perfect decision. The humid weather outside made the air-conditioned first floor a real relief. We ordered the Kutty Special Paneer and Dal Tadka, both of which were delicious, fresh, and very satisfying. The food was hearty yet light enough for the long drive back. After the sumptuous lunch, the journey to Mumbai felt easy – we only needed a cup of coffee on the way. A great spot for anyone looking for wholesome vegetarian...
