Pathetic service to say the least, they have hired goons there who misbehave with customers , if you try to sit on a sofa corner seat there , they will tell u its reserved (when somebody was sitting there and leave just a minute back) when i ask him why so, the manager said we want to give best seat to our upcoming customer , i was appalled to hear that, coz i thought i am a customer right now (pun intended) The guy dont even ask politely, one guy Shivam behaved like a goon there, they dont know what is the difference between request and coercion! i dont know if this is a coffee shop or a circus run by these goons who misbehave with customers. When i said i will write negative review because of their behaviour the manager very proudly said , if u give one negative review i will get 30 positive review added same day! This is the reply, And that makes sense for all the fake positive reviews here ! I highly doubt if they even know H of Hospitality! I am a regular customer there, imagine the treatment to a regular customer is like this, The guy Shivam misbehaved earlier as well, And last time the operation manager at barista apologised and assured me that they will arrange training session for rude staff , but i guess thats not helping much! Read moreWe were very excited to go to the diner, as breakfast options are less. We usually visit theos and wanted a change. When we reached, there was only one person on the counter engrossed in their phone, barely looking up. We didnt know where to pick the menu from, where to order and despite us looking clueless, he didnt bother to help. Since we didnt want to ruin our morning after sitting for a few minutes and contemplating we got up and walked over to theos right across. That is when we realized, why we prefer theos. We are simple people not wanting fanfare and grand welcome or anything but when the server and staff has a sour expression, starting the day with that is definitely not what we want to pay for. They have an outside sitting area which clearly displays the sign "No Smoking". However, there in-house musician came to and started smoking. He continued even after being told to not smoke there as "No Smoking" was clearly displayed. Upon contacting the staff, that accepted that the sign board was there, however, said it's an unofficial smoking area and we won't stop the in-house musician from smoking there.
