THEOS — Restaurant in Dadri

I order a lot from theos via swiggy and zomator and have eaten innumerous times at their sector 41 outlet. There havent been any issues. (5 plus stars for that)

We had gone to starling mall for dinner and chose to have our desserts at theos. We ordered 3 items- 1 savoury and 2 desserts. It took them precisely 25 mins to serve the all 3 ready to eat items that we had ordered.

Meanwhile we had to request 3 times before the order was served. The manager came to our table to inform that our items would be served in 2 mins and i asked for the bread and salsa they serve. He shared it is served only when you order something from the kitchen (which is fine, and totally depends on the restaurant policy) but then he said but since your order has taken so long mam, let me get it for you.

After that he was out of sight. May be they have multiple managers as i saw a few dressed in gray suits.

Our pastries arrived, our savoury snack which we had ordered arrived too but the bread didn't. I asked one of the servers and he said 'we dont have such instructions from the manager' i found it very humiliating so chose to not ask any further.

Since ours was a smallerer order they wanted us to move out quickly, which is weird because i am paying all the dining taxes that are needed plus one cannot discriminate one the amount of order or number of items.

Anyways, we were leaving. We wer exiting from the gate that is just next to the dining area. I tried opening it and i realised it was locked and you exit only from the other gate. The staff, the manager were looking no body opened their mouth to say this exit is closed. When i asked, just one noded.

Theos is about food and experience but honestly, the experience was totally missing in their 104 branch, i would not want to return. Staff is cold and casual. They really need to up their game to match the standard set by sector 41...

Had the pleasure of visiting Theos yesterday for lunch with my family, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. This charming bakery and restaurant delivered on every front — delicious food 😋, warm and inviting ambiance 🕯️, and impeccable service 💯.

A special mention to Mr. Pramod 🙏, who took wonderful care of us throughout the meal. His attentive and courteous service made our dining experience even more enjoyable.

What we ordered:

🍕 Pizza Veggie & Pizza Mexicana – Packed with flavors and served on a perfectly baked crust. 🍝 Mac & Cheese Pasta & Primavera Pasta – Creamy, comforting, and cooked to perfection. 🍔 Paneer Mexican Burger – A unique fusion twist that was surprisingly delightful.

The Desserts — Absolutely Outstanding 🍨🍮:

🍰 Tres Leches Cake – Easily the star of the show! Moist, sweet, and delicious. 🥧 Banana Toffee Pie 🍓 Fresh Fruit Trifle Pudding 🥜 Fruit & Nut Custard 🍥 Mini Japanese Cheesecake

Even the teenagers in our family 👦👧, who are usually tough to impress, couldn’t stop raving about the food — a true testament to the quality and taste!

Every dish, from starters to desserts, reflected thoughtful preparation and attention to detail. The variety, taste, and presentation were top-notch. 👌✨

Reviewing after one year:

Visited along with kids and this time it was a very nice experience. Kids loved their pizza and so did we enjoyed our veg salad.

Coffee was great as well.

It was a Saturday evening and unfortunately we chose to visit Theo’s. Has a terrible experience ! One the place was too crowded, it felt like we have entered a fish market. The segregation between bakery display items and restaurant is not well planned. There was too much of noise. Definitely one cannot have a relaxed peaceful dine out. Second, waiting time to serve the order was 25-30 mins and there was waiting time of 10-15 before also to get a table. So better munch and go as you will be with your lungs out by the time food arrives Third, we order Mexican platter with Jamaican shake. The platter tasted all of cheese and no other ingredients. The beans and corn salad portion was too less, rice served were hardly 1 tablespoon, hard tacos were half cooked and too hard to chew, dips served were again very less in portion. The platter wasn’t worth 950/- plus taxes.

Over and above I was not interested in paying any service charge as service was again very slow. The waiter did not serve us any water at first and on our request he brought one glass and later after 10 minutes got us another glass of water. No salt pepper, sauces was served along with the meal.
