Extremely disgraceful experience. Shortage of ice and no cold water for drinking during such adverse hot weather conditions and high temperature of 46 degrees. Rude staff and shameful service, not ready to resolve our problem. We were a family of 10 members and the staff treated my parents very badly and was rude to them when they politely told the staff to check their air conditioners since it was not working. Manager and staff was too sloppy and literally was not bothered of their customers. Somebody vomitted at the entrance and even the staff did not cleaned it and was busy gossiping themselves. Read moreOne of my go to place for South Indian cuisines. The food is always fresh and delicious. They got all the options and every dish tastes so good. I personally like their Medu vada a lot. Also, during festival times, they offer vrat options as well. Their thali is really good.
Talking about service, it’s one of the best all around. The staff is really courteous and very genuine. They might suggest you options based on your requirements as well if asked.
