Pathetic Service! Pathetic outlet! Pathetic Management! We have been there 4-5 times and tried to have breakfast, rather brunch b cause they open post 12pm. Though yhe official opening time is 12pm, but they are not available until 12:30pm, even if they wish to. Most irritating point is they have Aloo Puri option available in the menu but they never prepare it. They are always out of the stock. We requested for Chole Bhature, which took more than 20-25 minutes, but they were too busy with internal dispute, rather preparing food for the customer. After waiting for more than 30-40 minutes, they said there will be little delay and offered refund. Such kind of situation has happened numerous times. Worst experience ever, even when tried multiple times, whether u visit there or order for home, the service is like a roadside dhaba, like we are eating for free, when we visit, the staff just focus on money, nobody listens to anything, I ordered 2 kg ghewar of Rs.900 per kg to gift someone via zomato and they gave it by cutting it in several pieces in a rectangular box. I tried to call nobody answered, this is how they are ruining there brand. Even the quality was below standard, can't believe that for this crap I spent Rs.1800. Pls don't visit here if u are expecting the quality of authentic bikanervala, u will surely return...
