This place is definitely a disappointment! We ordered 2 cappuccino and both had different tastes, and were so below the standards of the usual Costa. This is the first time I saw such an esteemed outlet selling such low quality coffee as if it was prepared by someone untrained. We had to ask for replacement and the replaced coffee was okay but not upto the Costa mark.! Then we also ordered peach ice tea, how hard can it be to prepare a simple ice tea? But it was so bland, without any flavour so again we had to ask them to correct it.
