The experience I had with the staff and the AC situation was incredibly disappointing. Despite multiple attempts to address the issue with the manager, there seemed to be no real effort to resolve the problem. The air conditioning system was not functioning properly, leaving the space uncomfortably hot and unbearable to work in. I had raised the issue several times, hoping for a prompt solution, but every time I approached the manager, I was met with indifference. His behavior was unprofessional and dismissive, as if he had no interest in making any improvements. It became clear that the manager was either unable or unwilling to fix the situation, and this lack of responsiveness was frustrating. Staff members, too, appeared unaware of how to properly address the issue, further contributing to a negative atmosphere. The combination of poor customer service, a lack of attention to the AC malfunction, and the manager’s unsympathetic attitude left me feeling disrespected and dissatisfied. For a workplace or any public space to function well, basic conditions like proper ventilation and a responsive team are essential, and it was disheartening to see such a lack of care for both.

I ordered Iced Americano with Whooper Jr Veg Meal... But I rcvd my Meal without Beverage (Iced Americano). When I asked then he rechecked my Order and said he will just bring it. We were waited and followed up many times and received the Drink after we had our Meal (Approx after 30 minutes).. It was in Coffee Mug and Warm with No Ice... I asked for refund then he insisted for replacement... This time it was in Paper glass instead of a solid transparent Glass AND...the Iced Americano was WARM this time too with no ice in it.... When I again raised a Question...Then he again checked my Order and wanted to replace it.... After 1 hr of sitting in No AC zone in this HOT weather...The representatives here want their Customers to sit for longer without providing a DECENT SERVICE at all...
After a Long Argument, the Representative finally agreed on the Refund... He cancelled my Order and said that I will get refund in 24 hours for the whole meal.. But, I was asking for the Refund only for the Iced Americano as they could not deliver it neither on time nor the quality and exact the SAME product...But, they said that they don't have such kind of Policy for...
   Read moreExtremely pathetic service and staffs. Today I took my tocken from Digital counter and was waiting for my turn. In the meantime another customer slipped a glass of coke and it was all split in front of the counter. I was standing there for more than 20 mins, n strangely there's was no commotion from anyone in staff to mop that mess. Both customers n staffs were stepping on that messy floor. And around same time two customer service providers on the counters were, don't know why, so irritated that they were literally making faces and were very rude. After waiting for 10 mins, when I asked for my order, the lady replied very tiredly that it will take 5mins. Again after 5 mins, when I asked about my order, she literally got irritated and raised her voice, aapka order aapke table pe chala gaya and I was like I am standing in front of u n my order went away which was ordered as Take Away. To cut the whole incident short, the whole experience was really disheartening, pathetic and disappointing.
