Recently Visited This Place With Friends And We Ordered Pav Bhaji, Chole Bhature, Mysore Masala Dosa, Dahi Bhalle, Noodles With Chilli Paneer, Cheese Burger, Chilli Potato, Tandoori Malai Chaap, And Rasmalai. They Also Serve North Indian, South Indian, Chinese, Street Food And Mithai. Pav Bhaji: Talking About Their Pav Bhaji. It Was So Yummy. Loved It. As I Can Say One Of The Best Pav Bhaji I Ever Had. Highly Recommended. Taste: 5/5

Chole Bhature: Their Chole Bhature Was Also Good And Yummy. They Served It With Onion And Pickle. Their Chole Was Spicy As Well. If You Are Chole Bhature Lover Than You Must Try Their Chole Bhature. Taste: 5/5

Mysore Masala Dosa: We Ordered Mysore Masala Dosa In Their Dosa Varieties. It Was Also Amazing. They Served It With Coconut Chutney, Red Chutney And Sambhar. Their Sambhar Was Also Good. Must Try It For South Indian Lover. Taste: 5/5

Dahi Bhalle: Dahi Bhalle Was Also Good. Their Bhalle Was Soft As Well. Taste: 5/5

Noodles With Chilli Paneer: Tried Their Noodles With Chilli Paneer And It Was Perfect. Loved The Combination. Must Try. Taste: 5/5

Cheese Burger: Their Cheese Burger Was Good. They Served It With Chips Packet. Taste: 4.5/5

Chilli Potato: Now Come To The Chilli Potato. It Was So Yummy, Crispy And Tempting. Also Loved It. Taste: 5/5

Tandoori Malai Chaap: We Ordered Tandoori Malai Chaap. And It Was Amazing. They Served It As Sizzler. And I Loved It. Their Malai Chaap Was So Soft And Creamy. Highly Recommended. Taste: 5/5

Rasmalai: Their Rasmalai Was Also Good. Taste: 5/5

About The Ambience: Ambience Was Good And Amazing. Place Was So Neat And Clean. Their Sitting Space Was Quite Small. Ambience: 4.5/5

Why i'm giving the least review star is not because of the food quality. Its for the services and staff. I'am a party planner & ordered a designer cake from the shop for one of my client parties. After discussing all the possibilities and pros & cons i have ordered one. The baker was also there while discussion ,repeatedly i ask them take the order which is possible at your side to deliver ,i have no adamant peculiar design requirement . So after his agreement on one design, also the flavour which they agreed to deliver,we lock the item,after 1hour of discussion,as the occassion was very important and i dint want any excuses at the end moment and destroy it. One thing which they do mention the delivery of cake can not be done early morning,it can be deliver at 11:30am only,so i give this liberty also to them and agreed to it.I reminded them day before delivery in the evening also that please keep it ready at specific time,as i'am already late for my party which is at 12:30pm and it needed to be taken far of location. So when i reached on the delivery day at the shop 15min in 11:30am,the counter person said after enquiry that it yet not started. I was furious after listening to this and ask for the head,then they said give us 5 min to ask. Then they said mam cake is not yet started. Then they said give us 15min we can give it to you. How can you make a designer cake of two tier in 15mins. Then i asked for my advance money and left the shop. They are not even sorry for their unprofessionalism. They have destroyed my client party. Also I'am a party planner it ruined my reputatuion also. I arranged for a normal cake with the required flavour for the client,which can never fulfill the space of the one which we decide upon. So i would like to say to HEERA SWEETS please dont take orders which you cannot fulfill ,also don't keep customers in dark. It may more than just a cake for others ,which is mere a cake for you. There are emotions involved with the occassion ,thats the only reasons we celebrate them ,to create...

In todays awesome airy weather when only chole bhature can justify the mausam.... a heart shattering incident took place .... the whole foodie community can feel cheated and heart broken at the same moment. It was a normal day until i stepped into hira sweets noida branch, keeping bhaturas pic in my eyes i paid money to counter guy and moved towards service counter. Fully inflated elliptical big big bhature jumping from kadhai to plate in front of my eyes.. i was waiting for mine to jump . Finally they did. And the guy gave me chole bhature. But when i saw the serving size of chole.. i was like... nooo its not possible it might be the extra chole for someone who is taking extra to pamper his taste buds...but no..they were mine ... i went into depression ..gathered courage ..and ask the guy.. to give me extra.. but he declined saying it is the standard size. And i saw humanity killed in front of my eyes . I asked the counter guy..its not feasible to finish these two bhaturas with this much chole.. he asked me to fill the feedback form... I filled the form..but those 8 - 9 spoon of chole were dancing in front of me. Blood started boiling .. called some senior guy offered him..let me buy one plate of cb to you ..and finish the bhatures with this much chole..he said he agrees it is less but he cant do anything , it is 180ml and cant give more, you have to buy extra serving..policy is policy. Once again system , and greediness of human being defeated humanity.

I want to know, isn't this is a responsibility of hotel to keep sufficient serving size. If a customer is dissatisfied what solution can be provided in such scenario on the spot. Do they take...
