I never had such a bad experience across Delhi-NCR.

I got a bill of ₹6758 on 16th April, 2018 and actually they have charged incorrectly for one drink. And when I said that this is not the right bill, waiter came over and said let’s reduce the price of that item which you didn’t consume.

We somehow said okay and carried on. But later we noticed that GST was still there and when we asked the waiter to remove GAT portion. He said okay in a very rude manner.

While leaving, accidentally one of the bear mug was broken by mistake from my colleague. But then one bartender raised his voice in very unpleasant way and said “Teko pay krna padega”.

And over that broken bear mug he created a chaos. This was very bad.

I urge everyone not to go to this club specially at night. Because bouncers here do the dictatorship.

Worst experience ever. First of all we have ordered for a bucket of 5 beers and some snacks, after serving 4 they told they had already served all, but when we asked them to check again for the order placed and they found it was their mistake, Secondly at the time of billing asking for a corporate discount, the bill was already printed before asking for the bill and the staff told, "if you have asked before printing the bill we could have helped ". It was okay till here but by the end the bill was added wrongly, The snacks and liquor and the snacks was added wrongly with the glitch of 100 rs . It was like they were not missing any chance to take advantage of your drunken state. After that asking for the manager for such one of the waiter claimed himself as the manager and came up with bouncers and behaved rudely with...

They are very stubborn , so we had a package where it was drink and snacks Post few drinks we had no interest for snack and we requested to have Dal roti with half the value of snack just one plate , but they didn't agreed despite knowing that we have been frequent visitor , we infact requested continuously ..this is not the right way to handle customer who are paying 10/15 k bill , very rude ..we are not going to come back again here

Food quality very average , paneer tikka is not even marinated properly , they are not open for feedback , if this is the way how you treat customer I am not sure how long will this bar survive

PS : this place is only for men , I was unable to track any couple or girls group , I am sure the rude behaviour bis one of the reason

High time for the management to look into manpower they...
