Worst experience at the outlet in Gaur city..... just around in the month of March.. we had mocha almond fudge brownie... we liked it the most and in our next visit on 2nd June we ordered the same ... the delivery was quick compared to earlier but surprisingly the taste was too worst... it was not at all the same ... it was not thick.. it seemed like skimmed coloured milk.. no chocolate or brownie taste ... the almond was so coarse. When I asked the guy if he had missed any ingredient he told it may be due to blending more.... no way ... not an acceptable reason as the almonds were still coarse... when asked where I can give the feedback he mentioned I would have got an SMS but surprisingly I didn't get any message till now about my purchase nor any bill from that guy... when asked about this he told it will take time for SMS and his machine is not working to get the bill... I mentioned that the delay in SMS was not the case before... yet no useful conversation happened... I didn't wanted to create any scene ... so I just came back... so overall I had paid cash for regular milkshake tasting so cheap.... this is for sure that we will never be back to that outlet... I would request the concerned team of Keventers to look into these kind of matters seriously..... our family was a fan of this outlet since the opening of this mall... but now will never...

recently visited Keventers and decided to try their white chocolate Waffle and Hazelnut Coffee, and it was an absolute delight! The waffle was perfectly crisp on the outside and wonderfully soft on the inside. It had the right amount of sweetness and was topped chococips , making every bite delicious.

The Hazelnut Coffee was the perfect companion to the waffle. The rich, aromatic coffee was infused with the warm, nutty flavor of hazelnuts, providing a soothing and indulgent experience. It wasn't overly sweet, allowing the natural flavors of the coffee and hazelnut to shine through.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service at your Keventers outlet in Gaur City Mall. During my recent visit, the staff member preparing the items was extremely rude and uncooperative.

We had ordered a waffle, but he served us a shake instead. When we tried to explain the mistake, he refused to listen and insisted that we take it. He also did not provide a bill and refused to share his name when we asked.

This is not an isolated incident — it has happened multiple times with the same person, which shows a serious lack of professionalism and accountability.

I request you to look into this matter urgently and take appropriate action to ensure that such behavior is not repeated. Keventers is known for its quality and service, but such experiences truly spoil the brand’s reputation.
