I am deeply disappointed to share yet another dreadful experience at a KFC outlet, specifically this branch I ordered from online. This marks the third time in a row that I have encountered severe issues with this particular location, and it has left me questioning the quality and reliability of the KFC brand as a whole.
My first complaint revolves around the portion sizes. Once again, I received minuscule chicken pieces that were far from satisfying. It is disheartening to see that the issue persists despite my previous feedback and the hope that the branch would address this problem. The inconsistent portion sizes not only undermine the value for money but also fail to meet the expectations set by KFC.
Additionally, the food delivered to me was undeniably stale and lacked the freshness one would expect from a renowned fast-food chain. The chicken was dry, tasteless, and clearly past its prime. It is incredibly frustrating to pay for a meal that not only falls short in terms of taste but also poses potential health risks due to improper storage or handling.
My disappointment extends beyond the quality of the food. The overall online ordering experience with this branch has been less than satisfactory. The deliveries have consistently arrived late, making me question the efficiency and reliability of their delivery service. Furthermore, the customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful in addressing my concerns and resolving the issues I have encountered.
As a loyal customer, I find it extremely disheartening to be consistently let down by this KFC branch. Despite giving them multiple chances to improve, they have failed to meet even the most basic standards of food quality, portion sizes, and customer service.
I strongly urge other customers to exercise caution when considering ordering from this particular outlet.    Read moreI visited the store on 15/06/2024 , we placed the order from snacks ( Hot Wings & Med Pop-Corn) along with the classic zinger meal.
Outlet did not have rush but they forgot to give fries then i went to the counter asking for my fries and staff was clueless . When I opened my burger It was with cheese though I dint order the cheese then again I went back to counter to ask for change .
Apart from that I wanted to let you know that the hot wings, popcorn, and zinger fillets did not have the proper marination, and in addition, the hot wings and popcorn did not have the proper seasonings; it was just a pinch of seasoning put on the wings & popcorn. In some pcs, it was a little & in some pcs it was not there at all.
I recently visited your Raipur outlet and ordered a classic zinger burger even in the remote area. The burger was a really delicious good spicy fillet of the burger it was like joy eating over there. But the Gaur City Experience was horrible. Managing food quality in metro cities is easier as compared to remote areas. Please do some visit to the outlet & make the restaurant staff understand the importance of the food quality. KFC is not a new brand. I have been eating the kfc products for almost 18 to 20 years & KFC does not have any competitor BCZ KFC is KFC & i expect kfc food should be yummy. So please don't spoil your customer experience. We are paying a good amount for our food in KFC as compared to BK & MCâD.

   Read moreNever seen such bad staff, I placed order today 21:20 order number 5944, over the board after 10min only it reflected as order ready, however as I went to counter to collect the staff there shouted on me Ruk Yaar after then another staff informed to sit down and they will call by themself, I waited till 21:50 but they did not called, even my order number disappeared from the board, I again went and asked for the order but the staff kept on saying to wait, later i asked to cancel and refund my amount hearing that one staff instead of apologizing he said sir both we and you would face challan from the Mall People so to take the order. Just couldn't believe that Global Burger Giant like KFC has hired so unprofessional staff members to take care of the customer. Unbelievable. Also to inform that this is the situation when there were less customer. Wonder how these staff will deal when there will be Large customer queues like in Mac Donald or Burger King.
