A Disappointing Experience

I recently visited the restaurant and unfortunately had a rather disappointing experience. I ordered the chicken butter masala along with butter roti, hoping for a delicious and satisfying meal. However, my experience quickly took a turn for the worse.

As I began eating my chicken butter masala, I noticed the presence of a fly in the dish. Understandably, this was quite off-putting and I brought it to the attention of the staff. They offered to replace the dish, but to my dismay, it seemed they only replaced the gravy while leaving the same chicken piece intact. This was concerning, as it indicated a lack of attention to detail and quality control in the kitchen.

To compound matters, while waiting for the replacement dish, my butter roti grew cold. It was disappointing to have to eat a lukewarm roti, which greatly affected my overall enjoyment of the meal. Additionally, I found the staff to be highly irresponsive when it came to addressing the concerns of their customers. Their lack of attentiveness and willingness to address the issues only added to the frustration.

The unfortunate presence of the fly tarnished the entire experience. The butter roti, had it been served warm, could have been a delightful accompaniment.

Overall, my visit to this restaurant was marred by several disappointments. Hola people !! Few weeks ago I took a lunch break from my daily schedule and thought of trying something new (so that I can gift something new to my palette). I visited nazeer which are known for there lip smacking non veg feast. Since I was alone I decided to order a combo platter of Nihari with khameeri roti. The khameeri roti was very soft and tasted little bit sweet which was a peculiar touch from the nazeer’s end. However, the Nihari was bit disappointing as it tasted quite bland as compared to the usual Nihari. The flavours were not aromatic as well as the masala’s weren’t upto the mark but the dish was still okay. Talking about the services and pricing, well the food was delivered on time, staff was very courteous and supportive. Also, the platter won’t feel heavy on your pockets (if it is for 1 - 2 person).
