When a day calls for "Its Party Time", then no place would be so promising like the DLF Mall of India. The mall has numerous renowned outlets, but not to say much, The Irish House is the superior. We ought to visit their new emergence in noida after a gratifying success in 18 locations.
The Noida outlet being the biggest one so far amongst all outlets across the country, boasts of a huge space with 200 covers. While the outlet maintains the unique Irish House look with exposed brick walls and a touch of Irish green, high bar stools, a well-stocked and well-displayed bar, community tables, a large projector for match screenings, cool quotes on the wall; it takes on a bit of a revamp with a contemporary twist added to the classic pub vibe. Lots of natural lighting, tinted windows, the use of green planters, a glass greenhouse-inspired smoking zone, interesting forms of bulbs & lights, among other elements add freshness and depth to the entire space giving an alfresco feel indoors.

Read moreWe visited The Irish House at the Mall of India in a very happy mood after watching a fantastic movie. This is a place we frequent after movies, so we had high expectations.
We ordered a salad, whiskey, cocktails, and chicken chimichurri. Here's why we left utterly disappointed:
Slow Service: We placed our order after waiting for 15 minutes, which is somewhat understandable for a busy Saturday. However, despite ordering double drinks initially, we were served just one drink each and had to wait another 15 minutes to request the next round.
Disappointing Food: The salad was a major letdown. The description mentioned tacos as a topping, but we received only four remnants of tacos amidst a plate full of bell peppers, lettuce, and cucumber with a lackluster apple cider vinegar honey dressing. This mediocre salad cost us 515 + taxes. The chicken chimichurri was dry, smelled bad, and was bland and unappetizing—definitely not worth the price.
Mediocre Cocktails: I tried two different cocktails, and both were strictly okay.
Billing Issue: There was a miscommunication regarding the whiskey order, and we were billed for a high-end scotch instead of the intended Indian-made foreign liquor (IMFL). When we raised this with the manager, he claimed to have repeated the order verbally, which we couldn’t hear due to the noisy environment. This was a clear case of miscommunication. Absolutely no problem. But...Our complaint about the delayed drinks was met with gaslighting from the manager. We made it clear that we didn't want any discount but expected some humility. On hearing this, his apology was professional but half-hearted.
Overall, our experience was far from enjoyable, and we left...
