The Burger Club — Restaurant in Dadri

Yesterday, we decided to treat ourselves with some burgers & I found this one plus one deal on Zomato at this very outlet.

I ordered their island chicken club burger, spicy chicken club burger, chicken cheesy fries & Mr. Spicy chicken wrap.

Quality - Mr. Spicy chicken wrap tortilla bread was overcooked, too much tomatoey & it wasn’t spicy from any angle. Next up was their island chicken club burger which was indeed a disaster - Patty was bland, buns were okay & the most astonishing part was a thick layer of pineapple in it - Why did you commit this heinous crime ? It should be optional & Chicken cheesy fries had hair in it !! Don’t you guys wear any cap while cooking. It’s understandable when you’re cooking at home & at an established brand - you need to take care of your personal hygiene !!

Moving on to staff and service part - Though I received the order on time but the deal which was mentioned on Zomato didn’t took place in reality because the outlet said that - This is what ZOMATO offers WE DON’T !! Dude that is not my or any other clientele problem - You guys needs to fix this lag !! This misconstrue between you guys can cost you guys a fortune !!

Price - The prices are okay but quality of food is a matter of concern.

I ordered an order of 5 burgers around 9 o clock and was waiting for the order . It showed me maximum 45 minutes . I was waiting for the order and waited for around 1 hour in which I tried contacting the restaurant again and again but they never picked up my call. The delivery guy was the restaurants own rider whose number I didn’t have . I made the payment through paytm in advance and these people were cheating me . I did not realise that they are dumping me through these courses of action of theirs . Finally around 11 o clock I contacted zomato and asked them to call up the restaurant and they called up the restaurant”s manager MR.SAHIL who had no clue about the rider as he told me that the rider is not even picking up his manager”s call . The driver called me up then after half an hour and told me that he is outside my house with the order . I went downstairs just to get fooled again as the delivery boy was not there . The restaurant and the rider along with there manager MR.SAHIL are duping the customers after they receive the payments online . After the customer makes the payment the restaurant along with the delivery guy and all other staff refuses to answer the customers call and any way of contacting the customer . On 27th March, Thursday i went with my friends in this Sector - 18 Noida branch i had the worst fast-food experience of my life.

I am a regular customer of The Burger Club and I have tried almost all the items on the menu. We ordered variety of items ranging from veg & non veg burgers, fries & beverages, sides like the magic platter and more.

Our order took more than 40 minutes which was very unexpected. Even orders from Zomato & Swiggy are much more faster than this. After having a bite, ALL OF THE BURGERS were very cold. We had included double cheese in every burger and not even a single slice of cheese was melted in any burger. After complaining about this issue, they re heated a burger but it still came cold. The side, magic platter was very small as compared to other The Burger Club branches with the same price.

Food in this branch is prepared at the top floor and there is a small lift attached. When the food is prepared they send the food down via lift and then the waiters serve. During our second order, the food came to us in the lift and after 5-7 minutes the waiter realised to serve the food to us.

Very dissappointed with this branch. Dwarka and Rajori Garden branches are far more better. Will never come here ever again and is not recommended to anyone. Won't even...
