AIR — Restaurant in Delhi

This place is so disrespectful as well as being in a metropolitan City didn’t expect such treatment. We were 5 individuals and we booked through Dineout the place and reserved the place for 5 people. The person outside who was at the reception didn’t let us in everyone was dressed for a birthday party and stopped me and gave a bland excuse that wearing trousers and shorts are not allowed inside. Firstly nobody was wearing Shorts or Trousers and I was wearing H&M Pants and Yeezy shoes. I don’t know if it was due to the Dineout reservation that they were acting that way being all disrespectful and differentiated us from the crowd. I’m attaching the group picture of today’s and we all were dressed very appropriately as well as much better than others. Last year my friends went there where one of my friend was wearing Adidas track suit. He was not stopped. It’s HIGH TIME THAT AIR SHOULD TAKE SOME ACCOUNTABILITY OF THE DISCRIMINATION DONE TOWARDS US. I SHOULD HAVE TAKEN THE PERSONS PICTURE BUT YOU KNOW WE DON’T DWELL IN SUCH CHEAP WAYS. My friends birthday happened in TOS and they were courteous in every manner.

Discrimination on the basis of clothes is itself wrong and doing to people who literally were wearing appropriate clothes is very wrong. As a person I’ve never in my life seen such a rude place. I visited this place in September 2021 post lockdown. AIR has 2 floors, 3rd floor is a closed space with some beautiful sitting and amazing music. The lights are kept dim for you to enjoy the DJ to its best. The DJ is loud and will be a perfect choice if you wanna dance on some punjabi hits with your friends. Feel free to ask them to display your message(may a birthday message or a welcome message for someone) on their led display board. The other floor is the terrace, they provide both open sitting and some sitting in shaded area at the terrace for you to enjoy Delhi's weather. The terrace is beautifully decorated with some pretty good spots to have amazing pictures. They have a professional photographer also who can click your pictures in his camera. We ordered paneer tikka pizza, kitkat shake, chilly garlic noodles, mix-sauce pasta, paneer tikka, virgin mojito. The food was tasty and I will recommend the place if you wanna have a fun time dance party with your friends or family. They take the bookings for parties with bulk serving as well where they charge you something per person. Don't forget to book your table in advance because the place is generally full. So around few days back i went with my friends to this one of the most famous outlets. I had heard a lot about this outlet and the food and service they provide. I tried Singapore spring roll, honey chilly potato, crispy chilly chicken, vegetable manchurian, air paneer tikka, tandoori soya chaap, chicken tikka and tandoori chicken. I must say that each and every dish was so delicious and tempting that i couldn't resist myself from eating them. Spring rolls were amazing. Honey chilly potato had the perfect blend of sweet and spicy taste. Chilly chicken was just mouthwatering and chicken was soft and nicely cooked. Vegetable manchurian was also nice. The AIR paneer tikka was not up to the mark but not bad either. Tandoori soya chaap was good and tasted well. Now talking about the chicken tikka. It was just so so delicious.
