Highly over priced and they offer very very less quantity for any item you order. We ordered spring rolls that have only 5 small pieces for massive Rs 345, just 200 gm Chilli potato plate for Rs 295, just 5 pieces of chicken tikka for Rs 495. thats not enough, we thought of having a dinner with expectation of sufficient quantity but that was more shocking. They served 2 small bowl of dal makhani for Rs 445 each and same for Kadhai Paneer. We know that rates are similar to other lounges in punjabi bagh but Clue management should not do this type of cheap things by cheating their customers on quantity of food so they order more. This is a very bad strategy by Clue. I am giving one star as this is the major loophole I found in there.
The service was also poor as we have to wait 30 minutes for chilli potato and waiter told us that they forgotten our order as some other table also orderef the same. No apologies whatsover by the Manager when I complaint about it. However, the food quality and taste was fine and the Ambience was also up to the mark. But, due to the overall experience, I would never visit Clue again nor recommend it to anyone. I prefer Troy, TOS, Local Heights, Jazbaa, TEO, AIR etc who offer more than sufficient quantity (almost double or triple than what offered at Clue) with almost same or...
Read moreI went to this place on a Tuesday night with my friends and the music vibe was amazing.
Talking about the food we ordered :- Chilli Paneer dry Chilli garlic noodle Manchurian Dry Veg Pizza ( Customisation with the normal vegetable one. Removing corn and adding onions and capsicum) Chicken Tikka Few shakes and beer The food was delicious. Brownie points to the chef. The restrooms were clean and tidy.
When everything was good then why not 5 stars? Well it's just not about the food
The service was somehow poor I believe. It's always a must to provide mint sauce with dry snacks isn't it? But even after asking it was served after 10 minutes when our entire dish was cold.
Poor artist choice I would say. So when we entered, we asked to lower down the volume, so they told us that this will be anyway turned off because there will be some live performance. Okay, but according to me it wasn't a live music performance, I felt like I was in a roasting session. The guy was literally commenting on people's personal life, appearances and poking which didn't seem funny to me. Basically, it wasn't a healthy environment to which we could enjoy.
So, we just had our food and went off to some other place.
If you consider regarding food, I had a great experience but overall...
Read moreI recently went to Clue Lounge and Bar for a corporate team party, and I was very disappointed with the experience. The staff was rude and unhelpful, the food was cold and mediocre, and the overall atmosphere was not conducive to a fun and enjoyable night out. The staff was not willing to listen to our requests. We asked them to play a certain type of music, but they refused. We also asked them to refill our drink glasses, but they took a long time to do so. The snacks were served cold and were not very good. We also felt like the staff was rushing us to eat them, as they kept taking the plates away while we were still eating. The main course was served with gravy only, and the staff did not refill it when we asked them to. This meant that many of our guests had to eat their food dry. As a result of all of these problems, many of our guests left without even eating their dinner. Overall, I would not recommend Clue Lounge and Bar for a corporate team party. The food is bad, the service is worse, and the atmosphere is not conducive to a fun and enjoyable night out. If you are looking for a place to have a corporate team party, I recommend going somewhere else. There are many other bars and restaurants in the area that offer better food, better service, and a...
