Immediately I called customer care, they were too supportive and cool 👍👍👍 They arranged another cake with in 3 hours and it is delivered 👍 All cakes were eggless but taste was too yummy and great 👍👏😊

Its very easy to use hassle free interaction and each and every moment u will get updates via WhatsApp and easy to contact representative through WhatsApp too, no need to dial call centre for query or request. I had a very disappointing experience with Bakingo. I ordered a cake on the 26th, and while the price was ₹585, I was charged twice, totaling ₹1,170 for a single small cake. This kind of error is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their payment system.

I reached out to address the issue, but the inconvenience caused was frustrating. Such incidents seriously affect trust and customer satisfaction. I would urge Bakingo to improve their transaction processes to avoid such issues in the future. Until then, I cannot recommend...

I got stuck up with the payment and Tanuj Bhatt has been the executive who helped me out.

I really appreciate the kind of support extended from his side with a zeal to help taking step extra mile and looking for solution depicting calmness and patience. This kind of behaviour and approach keeps the brand name glitter and also a thumbs up to the chef / cook who have been preparing delicious items with Bakingo....5 🌟 to all of you....keep the good work going..all...
