Berco's — Restaurant in Delhi

The service was great with the staff being very helpful and courteous. Our initial order if chicken drumsticks was very crispy, so they got it replaced and the subsequent one's texture was just perfect. The taste however, could be much better. It seemed bland if you compare it with the food offered by Pan Asia and other such brands. I've tried such cuisines before at Chi, Pyali-CP and Pan Asia... And this one was the worst out of the lot. The prices were a bit high then... If you are not getting the good taste. The quantity was great though. Overall... The food could be improved. Although, the place has various options of dishes to choose from.....

We ordered chili garlic noodles. Comparatively to other Bercos branches the quantity of noodles was less , almost half. It was served in plate, where as in other branch we got double the bowl.

In Pad Thai noodles there was no chicken only egg was there. The quantity is too less. Rates are super expensive, but quantity wise our experience is really bad. Our claim was treated very lighty and ignored by waiting staff , we escalated this to chef and he said he is only allowed to put 70gm of chicken. Manager didn't pay attention. We were shocked. We paid the whole bill...

Very nice place to be with your family and friends. The Staff was good and friendly. Proper precautions were taken for Covid. Mandatory temperature check is there before you enter the restuarant and then the seat were properly sanitized. The dishes were served properly. There was sanitizer on each table. Behaviour of the staff was excellent. Food was good and also you can have drinks here. The cost is nominal. So overall it's a small nice cosy place where you can have your meals and enjoy your time with...
